Nice talk about Plastic Surgery,. 😊 Thanks for sharing Mia, Have a Great day, 🤗 sending my full support for you 🔔🔔🔔 , stay connected ☕., let's keep it up 👍, new friend is here.
Plastic Surgeons can plant a seed, such as, you know if you did this it would make you more attractive. And after being fixated on what the surgeon said, you start the Plastic Surgery route. This is their business and they make alot of money. Very rarely will they take insurance. Cash only. Wonderful video. I've had it all done, plus fillers, but glad I did. I have a great Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and never any problems. I've been very lucky. I would do it again. Enjoyed your video
I just had an upper Blepharoplasty a week ago. It was performed by an eye surgeon and it was done to correct my peripheral vision. I am 68 and would not have had it done for any vanity reasons. I can't believe women put themselves through surgery just to look younger. I know I will not be going down that Rabbit Hole.
First, your skin, and you are absolutely beautiful. You always think things through and so glad you did in this instance! Second, I know a lot of men and many younger women don't really understand the difference what Botox is, so I wanted to make sure in this comment that they know Botox paralyzes the muscles that create lines & wrinkles; it is not a filler. Fillers are injected and intended to fill a wrinkle, scar, or to give volume. Fillers are generally recognizable as many who get them often look shiny and almost plasticky. I get Botox twice a year for the "11" between my eyes. I could get a lot more done, but I'm 57 and I'm not trying to look like I'm 20 years younger; I just don't want to look angry, lol. Finally, I agree with other posts that we actually need some lines otherwise we look inauthentic. Like you said in your video, healthy eating, exercise, a healthy lifestyle, and SLEEP do us all many favors (and are much cheaper with longer lasting results)!
Thanks for differentiating! Getting the 11s done a couple times a year seems very do-able and reasonable. You've struck a balance! Thank you for watching and sharing.
The obsession over Botox is INSANE. Once I was talking to a 16 y/o and she was already saying stuff like "when I get Botox"...like? girl?? Somehow me telling her about the Botox I receive as a medical treatment being insanely painful was not a deterrent. I've just found your content and I really really like what I see so far!
I've had Botox several times starting in my 50's. While i love the results, they are short lived and the procedure is very expensive. I've also had fillers once or twice. Bad idea! I never achieved the look i wanted. Instead ended up with lumps under the skin. I haven't had anything done since the pandemuc. It's given me a chance to rethink my priorities. Spending over $1000 on something that may last 4 months, doesn't feel right to me anymore.
To anyone reading this that may need to hear it, your crow's feet and laugh lines ENHANCE your beauty, not diminish it. What could possibly be more beautiful than someone who has laughed and smiled so much, who has had so much joy in their life, that it's literally reflected in their face? Gorgeous. Think about the people who make you feel the most safe, loved, or even just happy to be around. Do you honestly care what their outer appearance is? Do you even think about if they're conventionally beautiful? Or do you just love being around them because they are who they are? Beauty standards change. Anti-aging, especially for women, is a byproduct of telling you your value lies in your beauty alone (it doesn't). Social media is mostly filters and photoshop, good lighting and angles. You do not have to permanantly change your body just to fit some artificial construct.
Mia, you impress the heck out of me! Wise words from one so young! 📣👏🏻📣 I just finished enjoying my 70th Birthday cake and whether good or bad, I've never had a bit of cosmetic anything. And, at this late stage of aging, the only thing on my bucket list to improve is with a set of hearing aides. 😜 Happily vintage in a village burb of Chicago.
I’m not sure he was pointing out flaws, I’m telling you the whole cosmetic industry is only concerned on profit and will prey on our insecurities. This checkup was also another opportunity to add on services to keep you coming back, after all Botox requires follow up appointments. Trust me he uses this tactic with EVERYONE!
Thanks for this honest video. I’ve never had Botox or fillers (I’m 51) but started using the Nira at home laser and have had amazing results on my eye wrinkles. (If you have a chance you can check out my results from my video reviews which were not sponsored). I am 99% sure if never go under the cosmetic knife, it seems frightening to me. And we shouldn’t be afraid of the natural aging process
Yes! Yes! And yes! Mila Kunis is an example of someone who aged herself with her buccal fat removal and blephoroplasty. Simon Cowell is an example of how much the skin sags when you stop the Botox. Some experts have done a computerized aging, like with missing children, on people like the Kardashians, and then prediction is that the future does not look well for them. You (everyone reading this) are beautiful just the way you are. Don't let someone else set a beauty standard for you. The most attractive qualities are confidence, kindness, intelligence, and humor. ❤
I personally find crows feet attractive. For me personally I don’t like the frown line on myself. Also I get Botox on brow and temples for migraines and haven’t had a single once since 2015. Life changer for me. I’ve had breast implants. So has my mother and sisters. We were all flat chested and curvy so it looked un proportioned until now.
I'm glad you didn't have more as you don't need any. I don't mean to offend you but it's easy for you to not think plastic surgery is necessary. You are what society deems attractive you have light eyes and small nose. People who have pretty privilege cant understand what it's like to be ostracized bullied and shunned for having the "wrong " shape nose chin or eyes. No amount of diet and excercise can change certain features as they are due to one's ethnicity and genes.

Oh no, these poor kids. They don't need it! I was wondering if it was painful 😣 thanks for watching!

Agreed! Time will tell how some of these new procedures will age and I wouldn't want to be the test subject.
The thumbnail photo makes me so uncomfortable 😂
It's the creepiest photo I could find 😂

I've heard of folks using Botox for migraines!
You had a blepharoplasty?
Yep yep!
