I stand in awe (and envy) at the mad skills that created such an exquisite example of rolling art. Kudos to all for the creative vision and stellar execution.
Holy dedication,,motivation,,inspiration,,,im sooo inspired to rat my 90 fleetwood 2dr,,,please help me!! Lol,,i so love the craftsmanship ans lines,,,i just really fell in love with rat rods
A lot of work and criticism on the car. To me it looks like a custom nice work and it flows as it should. Most customs were not appreciated even back in the 50's and 60's. I do not like air bags but at least it can be driven and not unable to go on the road. I foe one appreciate the car!
This car is a bare metal bad ass. Let the haters hate all they want. They can drive their kia cars or ride the bus. Custom cars arent supposed to have a factory look.
Right on right on good job guys and the music definitely gives you some motivation to get it right don't worry about what other people say I think you did a good job especially for doing it in your front yard most people have a shop and all kinds of tools you are the epitome of homegrown rockabilly keep it up or chop it down either way it all turned out right I have a 59 Ranchero I'd like to chop the top three in and suicide the door it's already slammed to the ground can barely put a pack of cigarettes sideways under the frame if I had the money I would beg it but I'm poor boy and shade tree mechanic so I have to go with what I have anyways just wanted to say forget all the haters because you are the shizit my friend
I love the work but do feel that the boot/trunk needs to follow the roof line then shorten the rear to reduce the now exaggerated overhang. Looks great in bare metal. Well done.
I love to see something custom like this , beautiful car an innovative and original work of art. Id like to see all the hatters work.... ya thats what i thought--nothing
You inadvertently got it right- dope ass is a good description. Taildraggers were always low class. low rider junk. I The car would fit in nicely in any ghetto where males where their pants below their crack.
that looks great.. nice metal fab work.. i would love to see that finished out with a 50s metal flake and kandy job on it.. but i think it looks nice as is.. i have been a body man for 30 years and people dont know how much work and time goes into a car build so they cant appreaciat it for what is is.. if others dont like it SCREW UM.. IT LOOKS RAD
Great job man wish they had cars like this in south louisiana man beautiful car and fuck the haters man build it drive it thats my way of thinking great job
+mibars I thought the same thing. But it looks like the car had a bit of bondo in it. It would be an absolute shame/crime to do this to a factory original/stock car. It should be illegal as it's heritage like an old building.
Ever tempted to leave it as a convertible..less work, lol. Nice job, but I think the trunk needs to slope down at the back more, it seems to be flowing against the slope of the roof and wheelwells? Personal preference I guess, very nice car.
Always loved the bare-metal look - gives it a clean mechanical feel somehow. Too low in my opinion, you need a few inches for it to actually be drivable(!). Still awesome though :)
Watching this just made me sad. That car was totally destroyed. Sure, it wasn't an extremely valuable or special car, but wtf... it was so infinitely nicer than the "finished product"...
I stand in awe (and envy) at the mad skills that created such an exquisite example of rolling art. Kudos to all for the creative vision and stellar execution.
man what a ton of work. I admire your ability to stick to it and see the vision through.
Oh hell yes, lots of hours lots of work and lots of talent Olson school metal work and car shows well ! Nicely done impressive as hell
Love your original rendering of a piece of art. Its yours and all your hard work not others. Its so easy to judge when they dont do ;). Awesome job.
I just got a 58 Silverado can't wait to start fixing it up thanks for the video.
Thanks for the info. This is the sort of educational video that the hod rod community really needs. I have learned from these visuals.
Thanks again.
Looks great!
I like the tail dragger look.
This is how a 46 Ford should be chopped, usually, they look like they are sloping toward the front somehow.
>>how a 46 Ford should be chopped
Hells yeah! New Balance, Mustang II fronts ends, air bags, slant chops and a Pit Bull! Rrraaaddd!!!
No shop in the front yard. Awesome sled bro lovin it.
That is" ART "! Brother you have " VISION " !!! Great Job !
Holy dedication,,motivation,,inspiration,,,im sooo inspired to rat my 90 fleetwood 2dr,,,please help me!! Lol,,i so love the craftsmanship ans lines,,,i just really fell in love with rat rods

Antennas are cool , skirts are cool, exhaust is cool, great job .
Been outa the custom world for some time. Now I know what's missin in my life. CREATION and FABRICATION...
This car is a bare metal bad ass. Let the haters hate all they want. They can drive their kia cars or ride the bus. Custom cars arent supposed to have a factory look.

You inadvertently got it right- dope ass is a good description. Taildraggers were always low class. low rider junk. I The car would fit in nicely in any ghetto where males where their pants below their crack.

Very very nice man
Fair enough. I love the bare metal look but to each his own!
Is it me or doing this to a good looking classic instead of taking old shell is a waste?
+mibars I thought the same thing. But it looks like the car had a bit of bondo in it. It would be an absolute shame/crime to do this to a factory original/stock car. It should be illegal as it's heritage like an old building.
cool as it gets.
