You recommended my favourite Anime series too, Nana, Paradise Kiss, and Princess Jellyfish! I’ll have to check out the ramen cat one. But What do you recommend for travelling and moving to Japan? I have almost a B.a. university credential and could possibly try the Jett program one day. I’ve been following the Korekara podcast show too on yt. I find language learning hard and even challenging. Is it even possible to learn Japanese. I’d love to actual realize my dreams one day. You honestly are such an inspiration!! 8:27 i watched Tengoku Daimakyo after you recommended it and i LOVED it! (spoilers for anyone who haven't seen it) i love how tokio and kona have a baby (i just read on the wiki that tokio is a girl. rude. i thought it was mpreg) and i love how shiro tells mimihime he wants to lick her (and i think mimihime is really cute and i relate to her fear of needles) but i really didn't like how they treated the r-word scene. i'm glad that robin was beat up but otherwise it felt like it was not handled properly. i suppose i understand why kiriko and haruki still see robin for the person he was, but narratively it feels like he's still being treated as a person rather than a piece of shit. he's not the man they knew and they made it more about maru's feelings for her rather than what happened to her. they did a really good job of addressing when dr. usami unalived himself and saying to maru that it wasn't his fault, i wish they had done the same when kiruko felt like he was becoming his sister and has been traumatized/feels weak
