That chest is ok. I wouldn't be surprised if 15m gets nerfed to 10 but it's a huge damage reduction vs Spotter for example but similarly if you're using spotter that close you're kinda using it wrong. But i doubt they will put crit rolls on it so it'll just be like a solo version of effectively tardigrade.
What does it have to with Spotter? I'm not sure I follow.. It's just 15% decreased damage within 15m.. so basically a Defender Drone for that range. It doesn't discriminate towards enemy gear, nothing really does. Spotter is also not an in-your-face playstyle (as you said), so I don't really get the comparison. Honestly, no one even uses Spotter anymore, can't remember the last time I saw someone running it. It's just not that great, and can be countered easily (without this shitty exotic chest).
Im already seeing "unkillable" builds with that chest piece. 4 pieces improvised with protection from elite mods. 1 piece Belstone and Adrenaline rush talent. 7:10
So the new exotic chest is basically an "anti" intimidate? Interesting. Even though i dont think it will be possible imagine if the dmg resist stacks with Eagle bearer tenacity. You're literally invincible if you can do that.

Monster Hunter Wilds beta started up a bit ago, and since it's got a limited time, so I'll be playing that, then I'll be jumping onto the Division. That new chest piece though is gonna be pretty crazy with PFE. Along with the amount of armor and bonus armor you're running
Can’t they fix the climbing rope that glitched out with a couple updates in the past and fix the enemies not spawning in a map and forcing you to restart the mission then Home Screen crashing you?
Please... is anybody else seeing a ton of previously unlocked cosmetics just deleted from their character? And now available to purchase in the store? Anybody have any info on why or how this is? The Store showing you the ability to re-buy these items is indeed a bug. However, you still own all of them. They've been moved to a new dedication section within your Apparel menu, scroll down past the Backpack Trophies/Shoes and you'll see them 👍
I'm just trying to figure out the difference between "Buy Premium" and "Buy Premium+" on the season pass. I thought season pass was getting simplified, with just a single free track and a paid track. But now it seems there are two paid tracks (assuming you don't have enough credits for the "Premium")? And the Premium+ is $30 which seems to just include an outfit, some extra credits, and unlocks some of the initial reward tiers. Am I reading that right? $30 seems a bit pricey, that being the case.
Premium+ is just a bundle that gives you a free outfit, 20 tier skips, and 500 Premium Credits. There's no additional benefits/rewards while leveling the Pass

A few things I DO NOT want with the master difficulty. 1. A bullet sponge I'm shooting with my Marshmallow gun. 2. Any stoopid gimmics like the Wright mini boss fight. IMO neither one of those are fun, instead be creative, be challenging and give me a real fight, a boss surrounded my Warhounds, mini tanks, chungas, turrets and so on, make me work for it and not just have a lot of bullets.
Personally, I have never understood the complaint about ''bullet sponge'' enemies. If you want a more tactical experience: Ghost Recon (BP) is your game.

Oh BOY!!! They increased The Hollow Man's Health damage... So... When do you think they will rework how Health and Armor works as to make this Health Damage affix ACTUALLY usable? OR making Health in general actually useable? I like the changes but they seriously need to rework how health works. It is still worthless and they keep making gear that increases Health %. Which is effectively still a nothing burger and a waste of an affix atm. And while they are reworking health, think we can get some reworks to our "Healing" skills? They kinda suck at a baseline.

So I wound up finding the dark zone I didn't realize I had to do the settlement missions I just got to lvl 10 without it lol but yeah after going in twice gona wait till I finish the game lol but having fun so far when I request help some 5k lvl person joins sees my little lvl and leave lol

Ps I did play for about 2 weeks when It first came out but then disk drive broke and didn't get it again till I got my ps5 lol I think I was like lvl 15 or 18 if I remeber but yeah still technically a new player lol

Honestly , pvp is dead , at least in Dark Zone PC . It never stopped to be the Cheat Zone but nowadays is worst than ever . It will be that way until Dark Zone works completely different than in D1 but specially D2 . Going Rogue system for example , its just lame mechanic without penalty , if you want a PVP zone all players should be shootable even if is in your same group , period . Manhunts are basically the 4 who are supposed to be manhunted manhunting the poor noob that showed randomly for do checkpoints , people with 1000 SHD and almost no commendation points but with all the raid exotics at expertise 25 because they buyed it in some boost website , and so on ... then ofc the cheaters , lag-switchers , bots , hackers or other device users , they always been there but now they are the only ones who cares to go there because ofc they can kill all , except maybe other cheaters . So at the end nobody of the normal playerbase cares = nobody goes DZ = nobody reports cheaters = cheater zone for the same 50ish people = pvp is dead = devs dont even try with it ... but is their own failure of design for start with ... In Conflict ... well you dont see any of those DZ people in Conflict at all . So i guess in Conflict they would try to fix things or add more stuff like that . DZ is a failure , and specially a fatal failure in Div 2 due the small sizes of the 3 DZs .

Useless nerfs, mid buffs, mid exotics, a slog fest season no one asked for, not a single thing was balanced where it was needed, and that's PVP. And most importantly there is 0 new content.
No wonder investors want Ubisoft to put their company in the hands of capable people... absolutely nothing new has been created in years. No new areas, missions, raids etc. You can't even turn off expertise in pvp so that new/interested players finally dare to enter the Dark Zone. Because below level 20 you're just fodder anyway. You force new/casual players to keep playing the most boring crap to eventually reach shd lvl 1000 instead of just adding a permanent xp boost up to 1000 and the list goes on forever. But the main thing is to pony up 20-30 euros for cosmetics so that their incompetence is paid for...it's time for something new
Honestly don't bother with expertise until you're at a higher level, the benefits you get aren't really noticeable until higher levels either way. Just get your builds sorted and worry about expertise later. Only part of expertise that's remotely worth it it is some of the skills and the weapons. Even then its just "meh"
@purple__squad1578 That's what I was trying to ascertain. While tedious to go thru even after cost reductions, it's important to focus on maxing out the system thru donations found thru vendors/open world before dumping materials to finish off or level up gear.
I only expertise my gear to level 10, and that is plenty; even for legendary. Saves me resources which allows me to expertise more of my builds. I'm only expertise level 17.

Just FYI, you don’t need 4 pieces of improvised to hit PFE cap, only 2 + chill out mask

You can enable and disable the entire modifier system at will within the modifier menu from your inventory

Useless nerfs, mid buffs, mid exotics, a slog fest season no one asked for, not a single thing was balanced where it was needed, and that's PVP. And most importantly there is 0 new content.

They are milking the shi### out of this game.. not good content.
No wonder investors want Ubisoft to put their company in the hands of capable people... absolutely nothing new has been created in years. No new areas, missions, raids etc. You can't even turn off expertise in pvp so that new/interested players finally dare to enter the Dark Zone. Because below level 20 you're just fodder anyway. You force new/casual players to keep playing the most boring crap to eventually reach shd lvl 1000 instead of just adding a permanent xp boost up to 1000 and the list goes on forever. But the main thing is to pony up 20-30 euros for cosmetics so that their incompetence is paid for...it's time for something new

What SHD level are you? How many characters do you have?
Honestly don't bother with expertise until you're at a higher level, the benefits you get aren't really noticeable until higher levels either way. Just get your builds sorted and worry about expertise later. Only part of expertise that's remotely worth it it is some of the skills and the weapons. Even then its just "meh"
@purple__squad1578 That's what I was trying to ascertain. While tedious to go thru even after cost reductions, it's important to focus on maxing out the system thru donations found thru vendors/open world before dumping materials to finish off or level up gear.
I only expertise my gear to level 10, and that is plenty; even for legendary. Saves me resources which allows me to expertise more of my builds. I'm only expertise level 17.
