No idea, sorry. Now shop has personal recommendations, turn it On in game Settings, but don't forget to turn off after finished with shop coz game is buggy when it's On.
Maybe you have different affix values for your part, Akor have some "boosted" affix legendaries part, and your riding style is affecting top speed. So, keep it up and do your best.

Also check the Motorfest Custom Show, some vehicles might have it. I always put it on mines so people can have it
