It reminds of of something Alan Watts says "Somebody tells us to 'look carefully at this thing' so we strain our eyes, squinting and screwing up our forehead, only to make it harder to see object, and more energy draining. If you had just looked without effort, it would have been clearer and less painful".

I saw tom bilyeu's interview with sadhguru before watching this and i think it lines up perfectly, to just live and not exert too much effort into it, somehow makes it easier to live more calm and slow. This is beautiful.
