I usually do my best to make my GC videos using stuff most people have, without having to use GL's or the New Hotness fleet-wise. I couldn't find a way to do it without Profundity or Executor, and I don't have scythe yet. Got all feats done, but it took all day, and I deleted my footage while trying to put it together. To this day, I wonder if it's WAI or bugged.
Got dodge feat with malevolence with spy, itf and vd starting and han, hb and the other geos as reinforcements. You need to wait out a run where ig doesn’t stun you but misses a hit and then you hope for spy and itf to dodge until han comes in
I estimate I spent about 4 hours doing this battle to get the 10 evades - but I did get there. All other feats were easy enough with Executor - even with the "broken" Malevolence. But, much like how their tenacity is stacked to the rafters, their accuracy is also out of control - hard to get those lucky dodges...
@@Bitdynasty what finally did it for me was someone suggested using Plo and putting the taunt on the Millennium Falcon. Took a few tries to get the early RNG, but that did it for me super quickly.
@@Bitdynasty Well there were those issues with PVE Ben Solo and LV's GL farm due to Ben Solo and Trench being added as player characters. Might mean Trench is somehow gonna change up Separatist fleet too.
I don't know if it's easier or not, but I took out the sides and it worked just fine. I lasted longer, allowing me to drag things out long enough to get the feats.
@@Bitdynasty I’ve disliked fleet challenges simply because CG has hyper focused on the team dynamics of this game… now that they figured out 2 gl-type fleets are “available” players just have to get a sense of hunor or pay up. They then crank up the stats of the AI to a point that R7 fleets struggle to get some of the feats. You either hit too hard or get steam rolled. Update: I don’t even go first at tier 6…. So after an hour of trying I’ll have to accept a T6 crate. 6.5 million gp account, getting 2.5mil gp rewards… make sense
Stopped at gold box with Malevolance, only missing dodge feat. Might be possible once you get Hounds tooth out and start controlling/stalling the battle, but not putting time into it
From what I've experienced, Mal gets a turn 1 ult whenever I use an ability that gives one of my ships a foresight. It's like it automatically tries to clear that foresight so I can't get a dodge. The only way to avoid turn 1 ult is to not give my ships foresight, but then the feat is a pain
I used exec and they used ult first turn too, and I didn't trigger any foresights. CG is just imcompetent and doesn't playtest their stuff. If this was intended, why didn't they put it in the global feat descriptions?
Bugged? No, this looks like par for the course for CG. LOL I was able to manage the dodge feat without Tie/In by having HT solo against 3 hyenas and a non summoned Vulture. Same basic mechanics you used here, but no one needs to be dismayed if they don't have Tie/In
The easiest way for me was to wait until I blew up their ship with the Executor to call in the Hound’s Tooth then just keep putting foresight on Hound’s Tooth while doing basics. You will eventually get 10 evades and they can’t kill the Hound’s Tooth at this point.
This GC is an abomination. Enemy Malevolence throws its ultimate in first turn and when you can somehow survive without shields it can trow it again on third turn. If you get protection up it is almost certain.
Hoping to get that evade. Haven't yet so hope your fleet can do it for me. Got evade on Tier 3, the highest squad tier using QGJ, HY and weak Jedi. That gets me to GC-T9. 139/155. With luck you can push me over the top. [Need a feat tracker. Won too quickly on first attempt with this fleet.]
Gave it a few more tries just now and got it last just long enough. Thanks. Also, not that it matters, Executor counts as one of the 3 Empire ships, so only two regular Empire ships are actually needed. So, just having the two Ties would be enough Empire.
And those f**kers also have 50% chance to assist even without target lock on your ships, that's hella of annoying. I try it like 10 times and give up, not wasting my time on this GC
yeah, gave up after try 10... not worth my sanity any galactic challenge feat that takes more than 5-6 attempt was either designed by a sadist or by someone who fucked up majorly
@@Bitdynasty I can't even get 135 points for the other crate - any ship phase is too hard or too easy. Even Old Ben lead, Hoda, Wat, C3 & Mon trying not to attack doesn't generate enough dodges on level 3
