@@janeuyesato1462 No, I don't. My meals fit on a 6 inch or less plate and I eat only once a day. Today I had a 4 ounce hamburger patty with 2 slices of onion, sautéed. I'm so full I'm miserable and I won't eat again until tomorrow. Tomorrow might be 4 ounces of yogurt and a carrot stick or a half can of beets or other veggie without yogurt. I'm physically disabled and can't work off too many calories.

Yes, i agree. The meal isn't fattening because it is more vegetables and less meat, but he is so young to be expected to eat it all. I noticed he was struggling to swallow a couple of times for not chewing enough.
