  • It happens to the best of us, getting off the wagon....the difference is how you bounce back! You really can't sweat it, you just have to pick up the next day and get back on track. Because the reality is you did not eat enough to make you gain weight, the weight comes when you keep on that same track for days at a time. So, take your day eat what you want and get right back on track. I know it is easier said that done, but you will get there. Thank you for watching! xoxo Amy
