I just did this. Perfect instruction. Cooking time is cut in half and got very crispy, juicy chicken. This will be my way from now on. Thank you!
I watched this video as close as possible!
What a nice and clean job! My chicken after my cutting looks like a bunch of hungry dogs got it😯
We used him saying “as close to the bone as possible” as a drinking game. We were all drunk before the end of the video and forgot to debone the chook.
Quite helpful. Thanks
Are the instructions the same if you buy a whole cooked chicken?
there were still at least 2 bones left, so I'd call that a partial deboner.
I seang du you make it first teim?
You're really an expert, if I were to do this, feel very sorry for the chicken. I don't even attempt this,,,,,
Thanks for the demo. I always stuck at the collar bones which has a hook that hooks tight to another part of the bone. I have difficulty removing it. I wish your video can show that part but your video is only clear on the thigh part. I guess is the way to u cut the chicken.
Thanks for sharing i'll try to debone too.
watch Martin Yan debone a chicken...…. WOW, he's fast !!!
How close to the bone should I cut?
Thank you for sharing another great video. Stay safe
There are at least 14 bones still in it.
Excellent
This is half a deboned chicken…..?
LMAOO I Done This In Culinary Arts In High School Good Times
And the legs..... you know, the part you DIDN'T debone !!
Thanks
I work at Tyson chicken in debone and I can tell you this isn't the way.
I’d end up with minced chicken and no fingers
Not fully deboned by a long way.
Yeah I heard thok thok thok sound 😂
Watch Jacques Pepin´s videos on deboning chicken. Far easier.
Title: "How to Debone a Whole Chicken Easily"
In the video: "I will leave the bones of the wings as well as the thigh intact"
Pffffttt...
Use shorter knife that cuts
"make sure that your knife is sharp". Then uses a blunt knife...🚽

I hate roosters
You talk a lot!
Still waiting for you to debone the whole chicken.
Then follow instructions for boning a thigh or wing
