MUAY THAI for MMA #1 Combat Stance

This video is a recording of a training workshop that I facilitated at a Krav Maga school located in Arkansas. This particular video shows me giving deeply detailed instruction on the importance of a fighting stance and how I converted the Muay Thai Stance into the MMA Combat Stance for MMA competition and self-defense street fighting. This is the first video of several from this "Muay Thai for MMA" workshop.
