Recent trip out to the reef to test out my bamboo pole spear I made.
Learnt a lot on this trip, definitely takes some patience and time to stalk fish.

Awesome stuff mate! So blessed man. So many places I look back and think how I did not appreciate the beauty, and the fact that it will not always be in the same condition. These reefs seem timeless and yet they are so vulnerable(11:22 you get a good look at all the coral bones, I also see mostly soft coral near the surface at this part of the reef). Look after your little heaven. Be safe out there.

Awesome vid! Wonder if you could try something like a curtain rod or similar in aluminium that's abit faster through the water. Dieing to get my boat up that way!

Yeah I was surprised how slow the bamboo was.😂 Been eying off a couple proper carbon roller poles from the states, might just have to bite the bullet and get one.
