I could have guessed what Joe would say about Andrew. It was pretty clear from the pod they did together that Andrew rubbed Joe the wrong way and Joe formed an opinion of the guy that has lasted all this time. I believe What it is is that Andrew explores different perspectives and Joe is very static and unyielding. I think these attributes are part of what make them great. They don’t mesh and that’s fine. I like both but Joe is wrong letting his bias against dude paint him this long to the point he can’t either give credit when due or just not speak on it.
Andrew is not that open minded. He has surface level knowledge of a lot of things. Any time it's time to actually have a discussion of depth he has to make a joke to hide how shallow he is. Just look at him when he's around Tim Dillon. You'll start to see how dumb that man is.

I’ve grown to really like Andrew Schultz. I’ve been following him for about 5 years. Took me a year to start liking him. When he stopped whining, I started to hear all the jokes clearer. He’s got a little Joe Pesci energy in him 😂

I don't remember which video, but I think that's proof that his work at BI laid the foundation for him to rise in his career.
