It's funny how the NDPP-BJP were in power for 5 years and didn't do anything regarding hospitals in Tuensang and the candidate is actually bashing his own party in his speech. Understood, that the incumbent MLA belongs to NPF but couldn't the state government do anything about the hospital if it really cared for the people of Tuensang?

He said that the hospital is not in a good condition. So,either he is lying or even if what he is saying is true, he is bashing his own party for the failure of the last 5 years.
