i notice that there are a lot of mosques in leicester.......are they held to the same rules as white people when it comes to not making noise between 11.00pm and 7.00am appx, hence no wailing

Doubt it, they seem to do what they want with mayor solesby being very much in their favour for votes so allowing it all to happen!!
