It has a history of 50 years since its establishment in 1972.

The items sold are mainly Stinky Tofu, as well as Crystal Dumpling Soup, Pig Stomach Soup and other soup products.
The oil is changed every day and it looks very clean
Cucumber is also freshly cut.
Stinky Tofu is fried in the pan only when customers order it.
The Cucumber and Taiwanese Pickled Cabbage are very generous and piled high.

看著掌廚的製作過程, 一整個就蒙了..., 我一定不會去吃
豆腐炸好直接放美耐皿....溫度還很高耶
美耐皿樹脂（Melamine Resin）是由三聚氰胺（Melamine）與甲醛進行縮合反應而得到的熱固性樹脂（塑膠），又稱為三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂。（延伸閱讀：鼻子莫名過敏？小心家中甲醛濃度超標！0.1ppm即有危害）
這家不難吃，我之前也常買，但我無法接受老闆炸完臭豆腐後，用美耐皿盛裝到外帶盒內，你可以用不鏽鋼盤或是瓷盤啊~~
