Short Documentary on shortage of water in Tharparkar desert/ Thar desert/ Thar needs water

Dragging out underground water is really a big issue in Tharparkar; a single house hold has to spend three to five hours of three individuals to fetch water for human consumption and watering animals. Depth of dug wells in district Tharparkar is between 50 - 350 feet. Wells are dug manually. The exercise of digging well is very difficult, time taking and risky.
