Honestly, Ashe design doesnt really fit her lore nor have a logical sense. She looks less like a tribal queen and more of a ranger, and having so much skin show makes no sense when she lives in one of runeterras harshest environments. I mean, sure she can handle true ice but true ice has more of a magical property than just being cold
That due to being one of the iceborns. I think Riot mentioned that the cold in Freljord is so harsh that steal breaks after long exposure. Considering this, her lineage being an iceborn and the exposure to a true ice weapon must have given her partial immunity to the harsh cold of the Freljord.
