The wonderful things you do using eyeshadows on brow and over eyeliner are great pro tips. And explaining and demoing the difference a loose hand and thinner layers make when it comes to application is invaluable. I’ve been wearing makeup for over 65 years and have seen a dramatic evolution in cosmetics. Consequently, I love learning new techniques to make the most of new products. Thanks, Cheri. I think we all agree. You’re the greatest!
We all need a great teacher like you, Cheri, for your kind guidance and help when it comes to applying make-up. I love watching you "paint" and love your loose flowing movements when you apply make-up. I do get very confused when it comes to eyeshadow placement, eyeliner, and especially affective concealer techniques. I have very dark under eye circles, pigmentation, and sunspots, which I struggle to conceal. I did recently start lining inside my upper eye water line with a soft brown eye-liner, and now I also apply a soft beige coloured inside the bottom waterline of my eyes. as white looks too harsh and stark. It does make a (good) difference. I was nervous at first. As did and do still worry if I am negatively affecting the health of my eyes. One lesson I have learnt is never experiment when you are in a hurry or running late for a Doctors appointment. It is best, especially as a single mum, to experiment with makeup when your children are safe, happy, and occupied, especially during school holidays. and you have the time to play with makeup in the bathroom, where I am lucky enough to have a window that allows the daylight to experiment and play with makeup. I still have so much trouble concealing my bluish dark undereye area adequately and my pigmentation sunspots. Which I honestly find distressing. I know we are told to love your own skin, but if I am being truly honest, I do not. I would appreciate any helpful tips on the art of concealing without looking cakey and artificial. Thank you again, Cheri, for yet another amazing video❤❤
The way you do your make up is elegantly applied. Thank you for sharing. I really needed this today. I find as I get older I have to be more subtle or else you look older thank you again.
@@corporatebeauty I like the Missha Speedy Solution Firming ones. A lot of Korean ones are hydrogel, so they are cooling as well. Regardless of the type, most packs are $20 or less. You can't jump rope with the Missha and expect them not to slide off like I suppose could be done with the PTR.
I always end up holding my brushes towards the bristle end! I'm going to try and remember to hold them further back now. Excellent demo - thank you SO much :D
lip products are like perfume to me- they can bring my mood up quickly and cheer me up. i just got some NYX smooth matte lip creams and the colors are so cheerful, easy to wear.
Hi Cheri. I did the scribble technique this morning! It came out awesome🙏🏼I’ve always been trying to achieve this look with a brow gel but this method is way wayyy better. Thank you!❤
Such great learning Cheri! For eye patches, I'm a fan of JMSolutions from Korea - Amazon carries them and their masks --- amazing. I have PTR too -- also great!
That color of lipstick is absolutely gorgeous ❤ We can see easely the difference in your demo. Another great color for brows is taupe when you have brown hair. The look is always very good when you use one shade of color more pale to draw them. Try it you will see it's beautiful and work very well, softly. It's less strong and the makeup look always perfect. Hope my comment is understandable because I am French. Have a good day 🌷
@@CHERIVOYAGE Yes the results are beautiful very gracious. All the features look good with the right color for brows. You can work with different shades of taupe, it's possible.
Hi Cheri !! Absolutely a creative way to show and explain the beautiful softer difference between the two sides . Thank you 🙏🏾 less is more for me in my Regal years 😃 🤗💕
I am so grateful I was lead to your channel…..you truly share so much and for free; which is incredible…..❤️. Question, I have eye patches, but I never know how to incorporate them into my morning routine. Do you use them; then go in with all your normal skincare? Or, do you do skincare, then eyepatch, then when done, use your normal eye cream? Then how long do I wait to apply concealer and such? 🤷♀️
Great questions!! I use the patches right after skin care, then apply makeup about 15 minutes later but I could be doing it all wrong. I hope that helps. 😆❤️
Cheri, I haven’t found a eyelash curler that I can use. I have small eyes and slightly deep set. When I try to use a eyelash curler, they don’t grasp my lashes. My lashes are not real short. Do you have any suggestions on a eyelash curler that would work for me. Thank you for the great videos, I have learned so much. When you get finished from your makeup, you are so beautiful.
Omg, for 16 hours!!!! It's my go to now, I would have never believed a $12 mascara could be one of my favorites! BUT, I want to note because it is waterproof I don't wear it everyday because it can dry out the lashes.
Omg, that is exactly how most TH-camrs do foundation and concealer 😂 The whole squeezing the product straight on the face and letting it drip thing drives me nuts.
I’m cringing seeing the heavy side 😮😮😮😮 I’m 62 and no. I’ll take light and the concealer. I can’t even. I use 2-3 dots. Ha and foundation. Less is more. Push and dab ladies 😂😂😂😂
Not only the makeup application, but the technique and softer touch is so important in the overall look. Another great lesson.
Yes! Thank you!

Thank you greatly for the comment and the continued support of the channel 😀
Cheri, I was riveted! I love watching your mastery at work! 🤣
Oh thank you! Hugs
Great demo and making the case that’ less is more’ - and the older you get, the truer that becomes. ❤. Thanks Cheri!
So true!
And my pleasure;)

You’re the best makeup artist I’ve seen online in ten years. I found you on TikTok and I’m so thankful I did! Thank you for your knowledge!
Thank you so much!!
Annnnnd welcome to the channel! 🎉
Not ANY eye patch Cheri!! Tried to go cheap once with Good Molecules instead of the PTR's...BAD IDEA!! Cheap is cheap!! 😂
😆 Been there done that...some products you can save money on...others, not so much 💋😊
@@CHERIVOYAGEbtw...love those earrings!! I'd love them in Silver 🩶🤍🩶🤍
Korean ones are inexpensive and the best on the market.
@@ajae...hello! Which Korean you recommend the most for eye masks?

Such a helpful video. Thank you for demonstrating the dos and don'ts side by side! Thank you!

Awesome! Thank you!
Cheri, you did it again. Showed us some very achievable methods with your usual calm flair. Thank you for all you do.
You are so welcome Kate 💋
The makeup as always is on point. Love the softer hand. Where are the earrings from? They are LOVELY!

Taupe or soft brown is so good, I have been heading back in that direction. I like how soft and naturally it looks.

I really enjoy your tips. What are the best products to cover white/gray in the brows without looking too bold or fake?
Tint them with a brow gel.
Tarte
Thrive
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Another great class! Thank you ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Our left side looks better to me than the right 😊 looks elegant ❤
I think so too!

Try the Surratt:)
Did the Maybelline Sky High mascara hold up?

The heavy-handed side confuses the eye. The light approach makes me feel more at ease.
Me too :)

Very brave to pump the foundation directly onto your face while wearing a white shirt😂
Haha lots of practice ;)
