I feel like somehow time is flying in quarantine life.( I just felt inspired to comment for once in my life like the other gal on here. I couldn't believe this was my first comment on here either..Why don't I know how to use the internet yet.. how old am I seriously? ) Anyway been on the same page re watching tours and productive videos of yours (even if that's not your jam anymore and if I personally don't have anything of substance to productively do it seems these days (dayzee) . they still seem to inspire me. I appreciate you and your opinions and perspectives! ;) and I also wanted to note that I found it special that during this time - of not getting to hang out with anyone (other than the old roommate boyfriend) - its really nice to still get to 'kick it with you virtually. keep doing your thang girl! get you that house in nature and garden you up a beautiful forest to chill in. its gonna be spectacular! video ideas I modestly propose... : I would like to see from you ( hah. seems like suchh an ask but obvi you don't have to.) more advice videos. its crazy how much life can teach people to teach people. kosmic stuff. karma. past personas of yours and how to evolve. art. i liked your koze kitchen.. (although summer in my hood isn't for the faint of heart so my kitchen is already cozily baking me now. aka summer comfort food:) Id like to watch maybe how a photo shoot comes into fruition for you. (those are hard to orchestrate!) and last for now, I would also appreciate to hear about your creation stories from start to finish.( like the creative process sorta Big magic esq) I feel like you did one already but i guess i'm into reliving the success of something especially from start to finish. I have a hard time completing things. I can be a notorious canceler when I can't see things panning out quickly or the way I want them to. and on that vein a video on not quitting goals or aspirations? just saying bc i'm here and i've got time haha. and even just felt like talking a little to myself out loud. ;) quarentine's gettin a little too quiet for me

Damn girl! I rent a 1250 square foot two bed two bath + den brand new apartment in Calgary right downtown for $3200 but I split rent with my boyfriend. Good job supporting yourself ALONE in that townhouse, that’s badass 💪

Moved out on my own for the first time this year, something that I've always wanted to do, but coming from a Hispanic home it's something that's not normally done so I felt super selfish at first. I just want to say that you have been my #1 inspo to be more independent and with it spending on what I want. Especially when it comes to a home because you create your own sacred space where you can be completely yourself 🙏🏼

Wow that's crazy expensive for something that's not even yours. That's 10x my rent. You could buy a house in less then 2 years with that kinda money. I live in rural Minnesota and smaller nice houses average about $80,000.
4200 in Canada is 3025 US dollars. Not that that’s much better but slightly less

In Houston, Texas..... do you know what you could afford with $4200 a month? A CASTLE (not really but a really big house). It amazes me how rent is different based on so many different factors including location.

the Ektorp couch from IKEA is completely washable. I take off ALL the covers 2-3 times a year and clean it all its AMAZINGGGG

For anyone who's curious, It's about +$3k rent in US dollars and $2.8k in Euros...but for that price and location, that's not that bad tbh. I always loved this town house compared to your last apartment

I live about 2 hours from Dallas. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at 900 square feet is $716 a month. It just increased last month with a new lease from $692. I cannot believe that much for rent
