A question about kimonos. So, I found a store in Kyoto that says they rent out kimono for larger sizes (seems they deal with lots of tourists). My question is, do kimonos look ridiculous on curvy bodies? I have a pear shaped body (aka a big butt), so I am very concerned I am going to get there and they will tell me its not possible to do, or that I will look ridiculous since the Kimono silhouette is very straight. Any insight on this?
Can you do a video about food, ordering, eating etiquette and what if you can’t eat something how to politely get out of it??? That would be my biggest concern and fear.
