Love your videos. Our shop is still pen and paper. 75% of our orders are printed off of our website. We have the in shop delivery drivers. Even hand write our cards.BUT---We need a pos to find past customer orders history and to print our card messages on a Holiday! Have way in and half way out. Do you recommend a POS system? (A pos for beginners?)

I love SquareUp as a POS system. It's free to download and they've made a lot of improvements to the system in the past few years. 🌸

My florist i managed for yrs did exactly this. Question-how long do you keep these tickets ? Do you shred them after time or load them to say quick books then securely shred? I was looking into using shred it

Oh I'm so glad to hear your shop did the same thing! 😀 Definitely yes to the secure shredding option and maybe ask your bookkeeper or accountant for their guidance on how long to keep those records. I think it varies from state to state / country to country.

hello, may i know how you keep track of your inventory such as cellophane and ribbons?

I keep things super simple and just set up a checklist in a Google Doc. Then once a week (or once every second week) I go through the list and track the inventory. I then flag what we're running low on something to place an order. 🤗
