Tf you mean? Illit is by far the biggest 5th gen group... It's extremely weird that they didn't win song of the year aswell considering that Magnetic streamed for DOUBLE that of Supernova. Supernova is great, but Magnetic is truly gigantic and broke 10 year old records. It was an absolute given that Illit won new artist of the year, and rightfully they should have won more if we go by the numbers. But 40% of the decision goes to the judges, so I guess the judges are influenced by the drama and snuffed Illit on as much as they could. But there really was zero chance anyone else could win best new artist, no ones close to them at all within the 5th gen.
Babymonster songs are flop. They didn't top in billboard hot 100 or 200. They just rank at 31th position. Not even in top 10. Didn't rank in any Korean chart. Hybe can't buy billboard. Illit album sale 1 million. Babymonster just 10k. Babymonster have more MV views due to YG put their songs on ads. They have less weekly listeners on Spotify as compared to illit. Illit more popular than babymonster. Stop playing victim card. If babymonster popular and selling everywhere then why YG revenue down this year. YG lowest earning this year. Especially at the end of the year. Chart can manipulate but what about income.
