Hello everyone, I think it's a blessing to have a home in the entertainment world . here today and gone tomorrow so much wickedness is going on in Hollywood believable believe God is with her she's gone through a lot in her lifetime and most of all people around you are the ones who steal from you you should have more but God has blessed her many times.
I rate the last house a ten. She bought it. She paid for it. She likes it so that's all that matters to me. I hope she finds peace and great times while living in it.

I honestly like both homes. The second one a little more. I would love living in either of them. T-boz is definitely a overcomer, she's been through some trying times, yet still standing strong. May God continue to bless her 🙏
Both houses were lovely. You can tell the interior of the first house was a little dated; but it was still a beautiful home. She has been through a lot. She had to file bankrupt a few times and she had to battle medical life threatening issues. I am proud of her for surviving all the pitfalls she had to deal with in life and while in the industry. I wish her well.
I know right… I can’t wait to be a homeowner next year…. It’s tough when you are single and doing it on your own but it can happen! Texas makes it that way!
A pool, outside grill kitchen area, manicured lawn, or mountain view never depreciates. Who cares about inside, as long as its clean and to the owner's liking. God bless her!

This first house is Gorgeous!! The second house, the Georgia house, us cheaper because it is way out in Canton, Ga. Canton is about an hour plus north of Atlanta. If that Georgia house was closer in to Atlanta, it would be over a million dollars too. Both houses are really nice😊
It makes sense to rent because she could claim she in LA for work and then claim it on her taxes. Not to mention I would rent to because for “daughter to be closer to daddy” she may not know how long that would workout or it was temporary. Love T-Boz

The first home looks more like an Airbnb that she was renting in California and then decided that her home would be in Georgia. The home in GA was really really nice and will probably be beautiful once it’s decorated. I think she settled for a more traditional home than an extravagant one. I rate the homes 4 and 9.

Did not care for the inside.😬 I give house number two an 8. I love the outside. Although, to me, the inside rooms seem small. House number two gives me a welcome home vibe. Simply stated, "regular"! I'm glad she made it out healthy. About the first home in Cali you have to understand when this house was built and then you'll understand the architecture. Ga home is a newer built home and it's beautiful. You do get more for your money away from the West Coast. Love this layout.
In Cali you don't get your money's worth in a home! Explains the below average looking home in CA which is a rental by the looks of the appliances and lack of space. The GA home is a beautiful minus the white refrigerator.

T-boz has been through a lot and manage to still keep her head above water, not only suffering through illnesses, but you forgot an abusive relationship with her ex, and her music executive taking advantage of her, and everyone house can't be beautiful,or the same as someone else ,I'm just going to pray for her

I lived in California for years and it’s horrendous pricing there. Cheaper to buy than rent in Cali. More bang for her buck in Georgia, in which I lived there as well. Both homes are lovely, one is just a little bit more so.

I miss Cali at times…. But I can’t afford it! Maybe that might change. I miss my palm trees but I can have a huge home like this for less, so for me it makes sense financially…… but if she likes it cool! I know people who left Cali and moved to Atlanta and then left Atlanta and moved to Cali 😁 so it’s whatever people want to do, it’s their life and they are not on the streets. But I miss being by the water and my palm trees like I said. 😏
Really liked the second home but it is 40 miles to downtown which equates to a 1 1/2 to 2 hour commute each way. She is the first black person I know who moved to Canton. The same house closer to the city would be at least a half million more.
