We loved seeing Shana's bakery whenever we visited Goa. We lived in Anjuna and always got poli and katrepao from Sanjay's bakery. We enjoy eating but were unaware of the effort that goes into it. These guys operational since the 1940s, my grandfather told me about them long back. I think one of the few traditional bakery who are still in business after so so many years. The Video and the content showed is top notch, very well done, keep up the good work.
Very nice to see this and may G0d bless abundantly this and all other bakers doing this job with love and dedication providing the daily bread i and so many others like me grew up and grow up on. Long live their businesses and may they sustain successfully through the struggles for generations to come. Well don’t to Sybyl for her love and dedication to the occupation. Goa is not Goa without bread like yours !! You should go from strength to strength.
