Question the problem I’m having with our older GE vivid q, is that I can’t view the images on the desktop. I tried selecting the two windows viewers on the computer but neither work. So my question is, how doI get the viewer to include with submission? Is there a website you can download viewers from? Our current echo submission was delayed due to the reviewer not being able to view the motion images for the echo studies. I’ve never logged into our pax from the desktop, so I will find out from our medical director tomorrow how we are able to access ours. Thank you
