In a distribution 4wire transformer when i checked through clamp meter Ph To Ph Voltage Showing 415 & ph to neutral show 230 but
when i check neutral to earthing showing 200 v & when i checked every ph through the neon tester Y & B Phase Glowing
But In R Phase The Neon Tester is Not Glowing
& When I Checked Neutral Through The Neon Tester Glowing In Neutral Also
What is the problem in R Phase & Neutral In Transformer
