    Your soft spoken voice/style is the main reason I love listening to your ASMR. So many ASMRtists switch to whispering as they get more popular, and it's a shame because whispering does nothing for me lol. It's honestly hard to find good soft spoken content sometimes.
    Your voice is perfect for soft spoken asmr!

      i agree i watch soft spoken the most :)

      That’s funny because on the whole I prefer whispering content. But I do still love soft spoken as well. I really love when we get a mix of both.

      @@christopherwhittaker2620 I think whispers are more popular with viewers or something and perhaps that's why ASMRtists tend to switch,

    • @MisterASMR
      @MisterASMR 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Agreed! For me soft-spoken has high chance of triggering my ASMR, but whispering has no chance.

    Hi, Alise! It's not a big deal, but I never thought that in other countries taxes are not paid by digital ways, because in Russia we are able to pay by QR-Code which printed on tax paper and you can just scan it by bank app and pay easily without leaving your room. Love your videos (especially thanks for previous slang vid. It was mega handy for my Japanese, really appreciated this one)
    Been watching you for more than 2 years and never dropped a line so thanks for all that stress what you helped to cure and stay as fantastic and genki as you are now ❤

    Our food here in the US is so full of crap and preservatives. Look at the ingredients for Yoplait yogurt in France and America. And they package theirs in glass containers…not plastic.

    • @samuelllll8
      @samuelllll8 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      People don't realize but a lot of the things in our foods here in America are completely banned in Western Europe. Someone is profiting from this and doesn't want it to stop and we're all unhealthy and obese because of it

  • @Stadtpark90
    @Stadtpark90 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Sealing letters with stickers just fits your persona. The Tax Office will agree.
    Also: I think you look even more iconic with glasses. - It’s probably not a coincidence that your three most watched videos have you wear glasses on the thumbnail..
    As for the microphone in the thumbnail: it promises to deliver on ASMR, which you naturally do, as you are always soft spoken and have an overall naturally elegant, sophisticated, delicate, filigree aura.
    As for “oversharing” / “trauma dumping”: I’m pretty sure it’s almost impossible on this kind of channel: people love to know you better. It increases the perceived closeness and depth of the (projected) interaction. - Since your audience does care about you, we / they would let you know.
    ASMR videos have such a natural pull on me, that every now and then it is a good idea to (re-)inform myself about the nature of “parasocial relationships” and “Limerence” and the (somewhat substitute) role they might play in my own emotional regulation needs, but that is my own “due diligence”. Everybody is responsible for their own side of the equation.
    P.S.: (Re-)Watchlist for my own “due diligence”:

    18:51 they don’t play around about food in Japan. The expiration dates arriving for the food so quickly is almost like to not even giving the food a chance to go bad. You can look at it as in they take more pride/care in Japan concerning food as opposed to us over here in America.

    So the Cheetos thing! Cheetos were actually originally made as a food for horses and then someone tried them and they become a major snack food (This is a summary because the story os way more complicated)

    I don't expect most anyone to get this reference, but WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH UNCLE SLIM?
    Paper and postage are two of the great things that separate us from the idiocratic susbuckets who descend from us 550 years in the future. Were we fully reliant on computers, we would click Send on too many wrong things and our tax money would go to all kinds of spam-heavy schemes, like Doordash, and Viagra, and the British royal family.
    My next question would've been "why not borrow tape from one of the neighbors?" But because it's Japan, your solution works out pretty good.
    Bagels and cream! Bagels and cream! She's a little lad who loves bagels and cream! (It's 2 in the morning as I type this; don't judge me.)
    Perhaps grocery shopping is fun for you because you can decide what you actually want once you're there. For me the worldwide inflation of grocery prices isn't the issue. The issue is my indecisiveness combined with my OCD to stock the kitchen shelves with the most perfectly-selected items.
    12:37 You're "trying very hard not to breathe"?? This is why I could never do ASMR. Please continue breathing, Alise. We want you to still be alive when the video is over.
    It's not overly political to want less preservatives. If anything, pushing for quality and freshness is the most capitalist thing you can do. Food expiring quicker drives up demand and makes the farmers rich. (The preservative factories lose business, but hey, not everyone can win all the time.)
    Even without a microphone in the way, spatial sense is an understandable struggle. A human body can exist inside a room, but not the other way around.
    Corn grease sounds like they feed meat to the corn. Which is concerning because you'd have to start tilling bacon into the soil when you're planting the corn seeds. And then you get cornstalks with teeth because they expect the ability to chew bacon. I'm not comfortable with the idea of carnivorous corn.
    Good seeing you. Happy sirens in the distance with milk tea. Nobody knows.
