Hello, please I have a question about the knowledge sharing, how we can know if the person Shar with us his knowledge or he just cheat, and haw we can know how much knowledge he has, because we can't see the tacit knowledge? Thanks again for that explanation

Managers or coworker pretending to manage issues. Pretending to work is dangerous, I aint the one to jump reason. Reason has no time.
