I just have an online order tracker and a list of bills on a sticky note. Once they auto deduct I cross them off. I then just have a list of things that we’ve done to the house and the cost. No specific inserts :)

I swear it’s pretty simple. You can just take apart passports inserts and punch them in as far as the Moleskine you just cut down the middle and trim a little off on the bottom. :)
