I have been inspired. So pleased I have found your videos. I sketch all my furniture projects for my customers and have resisted the temptation of using CAD simply because I don't get any pleasure from it. I've especially enjoyed the Kitchen render you have done.
Have you ever considered making a "coloring book" that has just your architecture sketches for people to color in? I don't have the sketching ability down just yet, but I have the copic markers to practice with. Your sketches are fantastic!

I recommend marker paper from canson, copic or letraset on pads and for the markers I recommend 5 cool grey and 5 warm grey from promarker and blue gray 1,3,5,7,9 from touch, but can be some other blue grayish, greens are also important for vegetation and some 5 to 8 wood colors. Avoid vivid colors. Some brands offer an architectural set such as ad chart pack or touch five, both are good sets. After that I would buy more earth colors, there is always helpful to have a bunch of earth tones, and some ochres.

Estos últimos son chinos y son baratos comparados con los otros. Puedes buscarlos en Amazon.

what kind of marker is the white?
I use white poster color fine marker from posca and also gelly roll white works great.

I don’t recommend bond paper, it’s too absorbent for markers I recommend marker paper or layout bond paper
