I am sceptical about the matter as a flood of Legal Practice Bill drafts failed dismally at producing a good Act and solution, that can be said to have transformed the pre 1994 situation.If it is a new Law degree then will all Law schools teach it, and will the current degree be repealed?
It's not a new law degree, it's the same law degree, it is just new to regenesys business school. They are saying that the degree is new to regeneys because it was not available since the start of regeneys in 1998. From next year, they will Start offering it, so hence the law degree is new to them(new to regeneys). I hope I cleared your confusion.
