I highly recommend you check Record of Ragnorok, it has probably one of the best artwork when it comes to fight scenes and choreography in my opinion. But that's your choice if you want to read it.
Should have probably added tats's base flip or basically anything from the Boros arc like boros's ship or just Boros himself for OPM, I feel like that would convince people more than some of these. Regardless, I agree with the ranking.

From watch I remember naruto art was amazing but I guess for dragon ball I put it above for the iconic part of it and dragon ball has obviously one the best fights and I prefer the way Toriyama draw it,but I be lying if I didn’t put dragon ball for the nostalgia
