Sean is one hell of a good guy. He’s that classic alpinist, all wide eyed and bushy tailed with a goofy grin of excitement in doing what he loves and finding the joy in all the journey of life. As genuine as they come!
What an incredible human being! This guy Sean is so deeply handsome inside and out. What he said about used clothing having a spirit is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard. As a female in my thirties, I am constantly targeted by companies to BUY , BUY, BUY MORE.... I am getting rid of my unnecessary clothing items one day at a time. Patagonia is such an amazing brand. Their stuff is indestructible. The future is not only vegan for the animals and the planet, but also, repairing your clothing and shopping at thrift stores. the fashion industry, fast fashion is killing our planet, literally. I just subscribed to the Patagonia youtube and they have amazing vids like this one. :)
,,I don't own a lot of stuff and I don't have a lot of things but I have a lot of freedom and can live a lot of experiences, go to all this magical places and have awesome adventures with good people and friends"- this is the way to live life!!!
Sold my jewelry to finance my first Patagonia jacket. Looking forward to adding those patches of honour for all the life well lived moments to come. Great video Patagonia, and what a stellar lad and musician Sean is!
Great video. I love Patagonia gear. I have a Synchilla pullover that’s over 30 years old and I still wear it regularly. Funny thing is the new stuff is even better. I wear that too
Wow... I'm in a super quiet Starbucks watching this and when he finished the first verse, the next thing in my head was to start chanting "Well from there I got away me spirits never failing.." Dang, that song and this culture of travelers runs deep. :)
"if you don´t like patches you can kiss my ass" great! This is the type of person I like; alive! adventurous, humble, a little crazy, passionate ............... A great video patagonia.
With Sean it could be ancient, but we believe this is one of our older DAS Parkas. You can find the current version here: www.patagonia.com/product/mens-das-parka/85350.html?dwvar_85350_color=BLK.
Another comment mentioned tenacious tape, trying to find what roofing tape it is too. Think I am just going to hit my local hardware store to see what they have, if not tenacious tape it is. I've patched my jackets with the fancy gortex gear patches from MEC / REI before that are precut, but that's not nearly as economical as what I am looking for. I just want a roll of tape I can cut and patch.
Sean is truly one of the best climbers. Not because he does the hardest routes, but because he has way more fun than anybody else.
