    METRO MANILA bro is far richer and has bigger economy compared to Kenya, Tanzania, uganda, rwanda, and burundi combined.

      This is true, and I like the country, and that's why many Westerners would want to come here for retirement. Very clean and people are warm.

    Currently project in Metro Manila and Luzon Island.
    - the biggest airport in SE Asia
    - First subway
    -longest train system in the Philippines
    - 1 additional train lines
    - additional train stations of LRT 1
    - Manila's 18 Billion Esplanade, phase 1 is completed already.
    - the Parañaque-Pasay Bay City
    Those are for Luzon Island alone. Cebu Metropolitan area and the whole Visayas have
    different project as well.
    - forget the Mindanao Island it isn't important 😅

    But the richest are living in Makati City not in BGC, Taguig City. In the villages of Forbes Park, Dasmariñas and Urdaneta all those are the priciest.
    They shopped in malls like Greenbelt and Rockwell both in Makati as well.
    * The wall street of Manila and the whole Philippines is in Ayala Avenue, Makati City 😊

    • @AnziaSammy
      @AnziaSammy  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you 😊 I was made to understand that BCG and Makati are the same....and neighboring each other....I have been to Makati let me visit the other areas... Thank you so much 😊

    • @Siopaoko
      @Siopaoko 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@AnziaSammy nope. BGC is a district of Taguig City rival of Makati City. Both are in Metro Manila.

      @@AnziaSammyHello. Makati and BGC are neighbors.
      BGC is the newest commercial and lifestyle district in the capital region. It is well planned: underground cables, gas, etc.
      There are also two subway stations being constructed.
      One near Market Market and another one in Kalayaan near Uptown mall.

      hello @@ronnienestor thank you, BGC is so modern as you have stated and loved walking around. People are friendly and warm at the same time. i would really love to spend more time in this beautiful country.
