Sir when i stretch my legs then there is sufficient gape but when i relax my legs then there is so little space between knees and hand can not pass from it ....

Sir my knees touch if there is no gape between my knees and ankles but with 2 to 3 inches gape between my ankles there is a gape between my knees although i am still doing these exercises how long they take to create a gape,

Bro knock knees means that your knees touches with echother when you stand straight even you have touched your ankles together or not. According to your briefing follow all the advices and methods mentioned above to correct your this problem because you have knock knees..
