I have 2 Koenigseggs in and they still remain in my inventory, my guess is that the developers meant to take the Bugattis offsale and refund the players who had them, but mistakenly put Koenigseggs offsale.
The Western Motors Tormenta was made by Bluezilla and it was shown in Future Updates but not added (till for a short time) to the game. Bluezilla said it's not coming to Greenville at all (mostly because it wouldn't be unrealistic or wasn't coming to Greenville)
My exact thoughts on this: It was barely even 6 days when the update came out AND THE BUGATTIS ARE F---ING GONE AGAIN!! I hate you Doofus Empire players for causing this to happen in the first place.

From the looks of it its way too outdated which is the main reason why this hasn't been in-game considering other western cars are already in-game

Personally i'd have love to keep the Tormenta as an off-sale tagged vehicle, would be a neat compensation for the bugatti removal.
