Italy is all about corruption, bureaucracy, out dated procedures, time consuming and extremely inefficient paperwork. All done by unhelpful and unmotivated employees who know only know their routine and repetitive jobs. In Italy you will get stuffed around and moved from one department to another, all whilst waiting hours inline only to be told that you have the wrong paperwork by some rude clerk who only got the job because of some relatives. I'm constantly amazed how this country is able to function, let alone be a part of the EU
Totally true! I have the confirmation of my ISV application received 31.05.2023 with the promise of reply within 30 days. We are in August now, and guess what...

@@DimitriRomanovs Still no reply.. I asked them a dozen of times already, silence.. I did application all by myself and got the initial reply that it was submitted properly and received, with a reference number and date. But since then there is no reply
