what about the billions of dollars California set aside for the homeless which just disappears before it gets to the homeless? how about give that tax money back to tax payers to help us? eventually without us that money will not get replenished. just give money directly to the homeless for the rest as all the admin costs and other things eat up 99% of the homeless budget anyways.

@@giftedgreen2152 Gifted Green, Gas taxes & CA-Required Special Gas blend are some of the reasons CA gas is higher.
There is a surplus in the Gas taxes because the tax was suppose to be used on road management, which the cost of maintaining the roads did not need that much money.
