Honestly, you just gotta move around in cw and if doing a certain motion helps you then it helps. Jumping can sometimes make the swing go under you and you tend to jump higher after sliding so that’s what I assume people do that for. As for equipping and un equipping your weapon, it tends to trigger ppl to parry once they see you equip your weapon so it helps bait parries.

My future videos should be more clear and less pixelated since I've now retired from Shotcut and happily moved on to DaVinci Resolve.
