** To any new viewers to our channel... my husband Lee and I have been travelling since August 2017, and sharing our adventures through our Frugal Travellers blog and TH-cam videos. ** And to our wonderful regular viewers, I just wanted to let you know that it has taken me a while to be ready to share this all with you, and I hope you can understand why these videos will be a few months behind real time. We had a wonderful time visiting family and friends in New Zealand and Australia after a very long FOUR years away. We had such exciting plans on the horizon for the next year of travel... ... which is when the universe threw another curveball, and I discovered that I have cancer. I want to share my experiences with you in this series of videos, as I know exactly how devastated I felt when I first received the news: th-cam.com/play/PLCmNbKU5iMrlOvGhh0vS_FBVmplwc-hvD.html&si=twTBXfd3AZSrYu0S The most important thing to remember is that no matter how frightening it is to first find out, this is not a death sentence, and there are so many things we can do to help heal these amazing bodies of ours! Please share any suggestions, recommendations, and your own experiences, as I am sure we are all completely committed to living a long and healthy life. Sending you all the very best wishes 🤗😁 ~ Mandy
I suggest u convert to Islam and cure yourself by Quran and believe me that Allah will stand by you just believe in him and in his unity without sons or dughters or any partners.
Anita, thank you so much for your kind words, and for sharing your amazing story! It is so incredibly uplifting to hear that you went through this 27 years, and that you're thriving and living your best life now. Big hugs and God bless you 🙏🥰
Mandy, good luck to you. Your positivity will help you so much. You are brave and strong. I can't imagine how brave you were to share this story with all of us. I really enjoy the videos of your travel. 💕
Thank you so much for your lovely comment. I am so pleased that you enjoy our travel videos, and I appreciate you taking the time now to send such a lovely message of positivity and support 🙏🤗🥰 ~ Mandy
Well that really knocked me sideways when I saw the title. Your positivity is absolutely amazing and shines through. All my love and good wishes are coming your way.
Thank you so much! I will gladly take those good wishes, and they will help me get to my new life's ambition of reaching 100 years of age! I feel so blessed that we have such a wonderful TH-cam community behind us 🙏🥰
Mandy, I've been watching you for years and you are amazing. I live in Portugal and your videos helped my husband and myself choose a place to live. We loved watching you dive into the cities and towns around the country and you helped us beyond measure. As a cancer survivor, I know another survivor when I see one. You are going to fight your way through this in the most amazing way. Deep breaths and remember that you are a warrior!!
Robyn, thank you so much for your wonderful comment. It's so lovely to hear that our Portugal videos were helpful to you and your husband, and it's also brilliant to hear from another cancer thriver. We've so got this xx❤🥰
Good Luck Mandy on your wellness journey. My husband has been having treatment for CLL just coming to the end of 6 year trial. We followed your Portugal journey and traveled all round last year with your recommendation and tips. Planning to return in the Spring. You will soon be back travelling again x
Thank you so much for your lovely comment, Jeanette. I hope everything is going well with your husband's journey, and am sending you both a big hug from New Zealand xx🤗🥰
Hi Mandy …you always lead with joy, kindness and compassion! The universe will pay you back in kind. You’re so awesome! Sending you love and light! Jill
Although we’ve never met, I’ve followed you for a long time and think of you and Lee as friends. I was so sorry to hear your news, and was in awe at your positivity. I hope all is going well with your recovery, and I know you’ll have lots of travel adventures in the future. Best wishes, Andrew
Thank you for your wonderful comment, Andrew. We also consider you a friend and I'm sure our paths will cross one day. It was all such a shock, and there have been definite highs and lows along the way... which I'll share in the hope that it will someday help someone going through this journey. Thank you again, Mr B 🙏🤗
Mandy, in 2005, I was diagnosed with cancer, too. You are not alone in this process. Our prayers are with you. Treatment, faith, and nutrition are the base for the cure. Remember that some food inflames our body. My wife and I will pray for you.
@keepcreationprocess Red meat and processed meats, including bacon, hot dogs, lunch meats and cured meats Refined grains, including white bread, white rice, pasta and breakfast cereals Snack foods, including chips, cookies, crackers and pastries Sodas and other sweetened drinks Fried foods What these foods all have in common is that they contain added sugars, saturated fats and/or trans fats. With the exception of red meat, these are also all considered processed foods.
@keepcreationprocess oatmeal, garlic, ginger, brazil nuts, açaí, walnut , lime/lemon, blueberries among others are excellent. Alcohol, depending on the quantity, is also good, high doses may damage the liver( fatty liver, cirrhosis, and cancer)
Hi Mandy I want to say something. One of the reasons I love your vlogs so much is how you respond to being in the moment. Your wonderment is captivating and has really made me focus as a traveller. Your travel treasure chest is full of these gem like moments. As well as the love of Lee and your family, relishing the amazing experiences of your life, so far, can also bring you strength and comfort. Please take care lovely lady. As another has commented, you give so much to us viewers, you really do seem like one our friends. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
Julie, I don't have the words to express how beautiful your comment is, and how much it means to me. It still comes as a surprise even now that there are people out there who relate to how enthusiastic I get about new things 😁 I hope you realise that we consider you to be a friend as well, and hopefully our paths will cross one day. Thank you so much for your kindness and support and great travel posts over the years. Sending love and a big hug from me to you 🤗🥰 ~ Mandy
The word cancer is scary, but with all the wonderful treatments today I have no doubt you’ll be back on the road shortly. I wish you much health and adventure.❤🙏
Thank you so much, Maria. I consider myself so fortunate to have discovered this so early, and have full faith that everything will work out. I agree with everything you said, and I appreciate you taking the time to write 🙏🤗
I really don't know what to say. We've been following you for years now and this feels like it's happening to a family member :( hope everything all works out for the best for you Mandy 🙏
You guys inspired us to get off our couch, open that front door and see the world. Your bravery, your spirit and your perseverance inspires us even more, if we could be a fraction of the person you are we would be the happiest people on this earth.
This is one of the loveliest comments we've ever received, and I've taken a screenshot to look back at during those times when TH-cam all seems too much. Thank you so much for these beautiful words - I will treasure them always 🙏🤗❤️ ~ Mandy
Hello Mandy, I came here straight away from the community post .I am so happy to see your positivity which hits me personally.I also had an episode of Panic attack/ TIA/ anxiety disorder/ who knows what which put me in a depressive state. This was in October and I was worried as hell. The first thought crossed my mind was “what if I will be never able to travel again? What if I will get disabled and worse”. My several tests came out fine but still going through symptoms ( undiagnosed what the hell is going on). These days I need some positivity and I feel it in your words and attitude.💐 Thank you for spreading hope❤
Thank you so much for your lovely comment. That's my intention with these videos, to show how important hope and positivity are, and how much we can do to help our bodies heal. Wishing you all the best, 🤗🥰
Mandy I have enjoyed watching you both since you moved to Portugal. I am praying for you. Here is quote someone sent to me “there is a gentle peace that surrounds you when your faith becomes stronger than your fear.” ❤️
I was a young single mother when I was told I had cancer and my chances were not good. That was 35 years ago. I'd say don't try to be superwoman and get all the rest you need. Sending light and peace.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience, and for all your wonderful comments over the past few years. It is so uplifting to hear such marvellous success stories, and I greatly appreciate it 🙏🤗
Hi Mandy and Lee, lovely to see you both but shocked to hear your news. It does sound like they caught it in time and to know that it hasn't spread. I pray everything goes well with the treatment and you'll be back to normal. It's lucky you spotted it when you did. Love to both and look forward to seeing you on tour again. Been busy lately, as I'm getting the house cleared to get rid of things. Still looking to move to Portugal. ❤❤🙂🎄🧑🎄⭐🎼🎶🔔🙏
Thank you so much, Lesley, for your kind comment. It is always so lovely to hear from you. Well done with clearing things out - that can be so rewarding! Good luck as well with your planned move to beautiful Portugal 😊😀
I’m sorry to hear you’re sick. Mandy, you will heal and I have you in my prayers. Please take care of yourself. You will prevail. I sincerely wish you the best.
Mandy! You got this and travel can wait!! BC is near and dear to my heart and my number one cause...I had a BC scare 8 years ago and went through the whole process including biopsy and surgery, but thankfully not cancer! I do understand...Thinking of you and sending you lots of positive vibes and healing thoughts!! 💕(Oh, BTW just had my first mammo and ultrasound in Portugal) You will make a difference to a lot of people!!!
Thank you so much for your lovely comment, Tamara. I am sorry to hear of your scare, but thank goodness it was benign after all 🤗 I'm grateful for all of those healing vibes, and I know that I am on the road to wellness. I'm so looking forward to returning to Portugal in February to housesit for the gorgeous Tilly again 😻🥰
Hi Mandy, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Based on personal experince in my family and friends, I can tell you there is so much hope. The modern edicince of today is vastly different than 5-10 years ago. The key thing is to be treated by one of the well known cancer research centers that has had success for the type of cancer you are experiences and get on with a good team and you will be amazed what can be done these days. Another key factor is not put it off and address it immediately. It is not good enought to find a good private hospital, find cancer centers that research and treat your exact type of cancer. Wishing the best.
Thank you for your wonderful comment and excellent advice, John. Apologies for the delay in replying. It means so much to me to receive such incredible messages and such amazing support, and I am sure your advice will help others 🙏🤗 ~ Mandy
Hello Mandy, My husband and I have watched your videos for a few years now and felt like we were travelling with you. I am so sorry to hear you have been diagnosed with breast cancer. You are a strong woman with an amazing positive outlook on life and that is so important when fighting cancer. I'm so glad you took all the steps you did when you found something not right with your body. Early intervention is so important. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was 70 and had never had a mammogram in her life. She opted for a mastectomy of her left breast, had radiation treatment and then on tamoxifen for 5 years after that. She passed away just before her 90th birthday, but not from the cancer. I believe sharing personal stories like yours does not only help others to be more aware, but also helps you to know you are not alone and there is a community out there sending you love and positive energy to get through this tough medical diagnosis. It's ok to not be ok at times and to reach out for support to get through those really tough days. Thank you for sharing your experiences and journey to 'wellness'. Please know you are not alone Mandy.
Shirley, thank you so much for your wonderful comment. I am so sorry it slipped through the cracks, but it was so lovely to read it tonight. Thank you for taking the time to share your mother's experience. She sounded like such a wonderfully strong person, and I will take so much inspiration from her ❤ I feel truly blessed with all of the beautiful comments I have received on the videos in my Journey to Wellness series, and I hope you know just how much it means to me that you're out there cheering me on. Sending love and huge hugs from me to you xxx❤🤗 ~ Mandy
Mandy, thank you for your transparency and honesty as I know it will help many women. It's very scary to have your life and plans turned upside down. I know you want to be positive and brave, but also give yourself permission to mourn the plans you miss out on. Serioiusly F cancer. Sending you much love....
Thank you so much for your lovely comment, Kathy. It means so much to me to not only hear such positive feedback, but also to know that there are so many wonderful people out there who are cheering me on. I feel truly blessed xx🙏❤🥰 ~ Mandy
Dear Mandy, I’ve been following you for so long and love you guys (I know that’s weird since we don’t know each other). I love your approach to life, and your curiosity about the world- which has even extended to your mammogram and biopsy. I also love your vulnerability in sharing all this with us. To say that I’m thinking of you and Lee is not just a platitude. ❤
This is such a beautiful comment, and I apologise for the delay in replying. Thank you so much for your kind words and lovely compliments... I feel so humbled when I hear that that's how you see Lee and I 🤗😍 I truly hope that these videos will provide helpful information and support to other people going through this situation, as I knew virtually nothing about breast cancer before the diagnosis. Thank you again, and I'm sending you a huge virtual hug from New Zealand xx🤗 ~ Mandy
Hello Imo. Yes, it was almost 6 weeks, which is why I was so impressed with the efficiency and speed of the results in Sri Lanka. I only had to wait 9 days to get all of the results, which I'm guessing might have taken a little longer elsewhere.
I wish you all the very best on your new journey to wellness..I was told when I had a similar journey, to get on the rollercoaster hold on tight...you will smash this!we are stronger than we think we are..peace love and wellness
Hi Mandy and Lee, I have not been following your frugal travellers community for a while. I planned to catch up with all of your wonderful videos that I missed over the holidays. Today I saw the title of this video, I am sad and hurt to see you going through this. I am impressed that you shared your cancer journey and awareness, but I am not surprised because you like to share your knowledge and experience with people all over the world. Mandy, I am glad that you discovered it early and you will beat this cancer with your strong will, positive attitude, and with Lee beside you. I am sending positive vibes your way. Both of you are on my mind. ❤❤❤
Sue, you are one of our favourite viewers, and it's obvious why from your beautiful comment. I (Mandy) want to share my experience of this very different journey, in the hope that it will help others on the same path. It's not a journey I would ever have expected to take, but it's up to me to tackle it head on and do everything I can to get back to wellness. Thank you so much for your kind words and for the wonderful support & BMAC you have provided over the past few years. We think you're wonderful, Sue. Keep being the amazing person you are xx❤️
Hi Mandy, so sorry to hear about your news. But you are strong and positive and I'm sure you will make a full recovery. There's a lot of people out here in internetland sending wonderful healing, happy vibes to you. This video is from July so hopeing you are through most of the treatments by now. Stay strong girlfriend, you got this. Big hug, Cindy.

Mandy, I’ll be here keeping you in my thoughts and sending you my virtual support. Both my Mother’s-Law survived breast cancer and a several friends. It’s not an easy journey, for now it is the fight of your life… but you have a lot of people behind you and beside you and a community who will hold you up the best we can. Thank you for sharing your story and your journey to wellness.

Hi Mandy, I've only just discovered this wonderful channel and love your saudi series, as a British Muslim in the UK. You guys are both wonderful people! I'm sorry to hear this but I am praying for God to heal you swiftly and give you a bright future. Ameen.
Thank you so much, Lizzy. I appreciate your kindness and support, and thank you for your prayers. We had such a wonderful time in the Middle East, and are so pleased you enjoyed our Saudi videos. Sending big hugs 🤗😁 ~ Mandy
So very sorry to hear your news. Know of many cases with absolute brilliant results. You are fit, healthy and poditive and you will ride this one out. Keep strong and go to your family, to be pampered for a bit. You deserve it. You'll soonbe on the road again. Take care. Big love❤❤❤❤
I've only really discovered your channel quite recently (especially since the Saudi Arabia videos), and have never really commented, but this really touched me to see this video. From the little which I've seen of you and Lee so far in your videos, I am nothing short of inspired by the immense positivity you're showing in the face of what must be incredibly difficult to deal with. Stay strong and keep up the fighting spirit!
It is so lovely to hear from you, and thank you for your kind words about Lee and I, and our positivity 🙏🤗 I am so pleased you took the time to comment on this video, and I apologise for the delay in responding. The kindness and support I have received has been amazing, and I thank you all xx🥰❤
Mandy, Thanks for sharing your story with us. I (Eric) can relate as I survived Testicular Cancer over 33 years ago. It was also caught early during a shower. Keep up the positive vibes. Hope you are well. Stay Fluffy!
Hello Fluffies! Eric, thank you for sharing your story with us. Every time I hear of an experience like yours, it gives me a huge boost of positivity! Congratulations on being a cancer thriver 🤗🥰 ~ Mandy
Oh Mandy, I like your positivity through this harsh time. Thanks God you have Lee by your side. You are so blessed as you happened to be in a country where you could get exams done. Continue to stay strong and positive you will overcome this. Prayers 🙏.
Thank you so much for your very kind words, Nadelina. You're so right that I am blessed to have Lee with me through these times as he was such a wonderful support. Sending you best wishes and a big hug 🤗🥰 ~ Mandy
Mandy, I am so sorry to hear your news and diagnosis. I hope you stay positive and know that many in your viewer audience will be supporting you throughout this process. I am sending you my good mojo for positivity and health! Lee should know that good mojo is also going to you to keep you strong throughout the process. All the best to you!

Mandy, I’m just seeing this video now, and I wanted to say that I’m thinking if you and sending all love and positive energy, as I’m sure so many others are ❤ and same to Lee as well.
Hi Mandy best wishes on your wellness journey. Some years ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and your vlogs of Portugal kept me in a positive mood while having my treatments. I'm now 67 and have decided to do more frugal travelling to places on my bucket list. As you said it's a major pain in the but and you seem very positive and I'm sure you will touch many other people for the better with your journey vlogs.
Yumio, thank you so much for sharing this. I am so happy that our videos were there for you when you needed a distraction. Thank you so much for your kindness and support 🙏 🤗 ~ Mandy
Hello Mandy, I have seen your previous videos, and this video really was unexpected as much as it was an unexpected news for you. I am sending you big virtual hugs and positive energy. I know many cancer survivors who now live a normal life. I pray you will soon be back travelling when this is over. 🙏
Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words 🙏🥰 I apologise for not responding sooner but I seemed to have missed so many beautiful comments on this video. I hope you know how much your big virtual hugs and positive energy mean to me, and I'm sending a huge hug right back xx🤗🥰♥️ ~ Mandy
Hi Mandy. I'm really sorry to hear the news, this was quite the shock to wake up to this morning. I know everything will be fine though. You just have to stay positive. My dad was diagnosed with cancer back in 2018 and it was advanced. That was 5 years ago and his recovery is going very well. It's amazing how advanced medical technology is nowadays. Please take care. I wish you and your family all the best on this journey. Blessings.
Thank you so much for this beautiful message of positivity. Your dad is an inspiration, and I am definitely going to be working towards a long and happy life. Apologies for the delay in replying but I truly appreciate your kind words xx🤗♥️ ~ Mandy
Thank you so much, Jules 🙏🥰 Apologies for the delay in replying... I think I was so overwhelmed by all of the beautiful, heartfelt comments that I inadvertently let about 50 slip under the radar unanswered! I'm slowly responding to them all now, and have to say that we have the loveliest viewers, and my heart is full ❤️🥰♥️ ~ Mandy
My heart goes out to you, Mandy, and to Lee as well. It's a tough challenge to go through and I'm sure it isn't always easy for him, either. But you have the right attitude! Thinking of you and sending healing vibes your way from the east coast of USA.
So sorry to hear this. I've been following your travels with Lee since you arrived in Portugal. You are a a beautiful, wonderful, brilliant person. Hang on in there and stay strong. Many travels await you still. This is just a bump in the road 🙂
Love to you Mandy and Lee from Tasmania, Australia 💕 Mandy, hope you are doing ok? Our world has been rocked by cancer also, my husband was diagnosed in 2016 with bowel cancer and then 4 1/2 years down the road in 2021 with a rare form of acute leukaemia, currently in remission. He is 55 years young and we are now counting down the days until we head off travelling on 2024, Absolutely agree, although tough processing things sometimes a positive mindset is invaluable. Sending you love and support X
Thank you, Heidi, and sending love and support to you and your husband, as he continues on his road to recovery. He must be so strong and focused to have battled through 2 different types of cancer. Wishing you both an amazing time on your travels in 2024 🤗🥰
My dearest Mandy and Lee- I love you both even more than before and we have something in common. I was similarly diagnosed in early August. Under going treatment now. It will be a long haul for me but, like you, I am surrounded by relatives, friends and former work colleagues that have shown nothing but love and support in my regards. I have a few friends that also had similar experiences which have proven to be an immense resource and (honestly) prepared me better for possible side effects from the treatment. The good news is the side effects are not as bad as I was expecting and the growth has stopped. It’s a slow process in my case but I’m very hopeful for a successful recovery for the both of us!! Please let me know if there’s anything you think I can to help you - my dearest friends. ❤❤❤❤ Love and hugs to you both. -maurice
Maurice, the biggest hug goes from me to you, and the biggest apology as well, as I don't know how your incredibly moving comment slipped under the radar! I know that you and I are both strong, healthy and positive enough to overcome anything, and we'll both be smiling in our 90s 🤗😁 Sending you all the very best wishes, my friend, and the total certainty that we're both on the road to a full recovery! Love and huge hugs from Lee & I 🥰🤗♥️ ~ Mandy

Hey Mandy. We’ve been thinking of you since we met in Sri Lanka and learned of your diagnosis. You’re an incredible woman and know that your positivity will get you through this. xoxo ❤ David and Elisa
Hello David and Elisa! It's so lovely to hear from you 🤗 It was so cool meeting up with you in Sri Lanka, as we had considered you to be friends from all the wonderful videos we've watched on your awesome channel! Thank you, David, for the wise advice you gave me as someone who had first hand experience of cancer himself. Your calm certainty was so reassuring. Thank you as well for the excellent nutritional advice, Elisa. Not only was it so much fun hanging out with you guys, but we learnt so much as well. Looking forward to seeing your future adventures travelling with your 3 gorgeous kids, and meeting up with you again sometime soon 😃😁 ~ Mandy
Sending hugs and healing wishes to you Mandy. I live in Portugal and that's how I found you from your videos from here. You're both awesome. Thanks for your videos and information. I know you'll beat it and be back stronger than ever x
It is always so wonderful to hear from our people in Portugal... I'm sure you know it's my favourite country ❤️🤗 Thank you so much for your kind words and support. I appreciate it more than I can say xx🥰😍
Thanks for your reply Mandy. I hope you're having a great day. I was much more of a traveller before I came to Portugal 9.5 years ago. It kind of killed my travel bug! Since coming here, I'm surprisingly happy just going to nearby places or the Azores, it's a good job I love it because I can't afford much more since the salaries aren't great here! 🤭 Beijinhos desde Portugal 🤗
Thank you so much, CM. I've just finished editing the last Chiang Mai video, which will go up on Saturday, then we have 2 videos going out next week about Thailand & Nee Zealand... and then I'll be posting more videos about My Journey to Wellness. I hope that you will gain something from them, and I appreciate your kindness and support 🤗🙏 ~ Mandy
We’re sending good vibes and healing energy your way! I know this is a very difficult time, so just know that you are never alone. All of your friends and family are rooting for you to make a speedy recovery. Julie and Scott ❤

Mandy, you have an amazing spirit. 100 is a great goal and aspiration. Women in my family have lived over 100 and that’s why I tell my family to take care of their bodies. I’m sending you and your family all the good and healing vibes. I love watching your videos and seeing your practical advices for travel no matter the budget. Thank you for all you and Lee do.
Thank you so much for your lovely comment, and for sharing such brilliant inspiration of your family members living to over 100... that's what I love to hear! Apologies for the delay in replying but please know that I truly appreciate your kindness and support xx❤🥰 ~ Mandy
Hi started to watch your videos a few months ago. When I travel I do it on a very low budget, so your content is very relevant. Unfortunately earlier, this year, I also started my breast cancer journey, so I do understand...Just wanted to say that is doable (but it sucks). Positivity will help, as well as, living in the present and being surrounded by family and friends - you have all. I love your work, love your story - you are an inspiration to me and many...Thanks also for sharing - it's so important...All the best ;)
Hello Maria, and thank you so much for sharing your experience and your positivity. It's certainly not a journey anyone of us want to be on, but as you said, we can get through this with positivity, family and living in the present. I consider myself so blessed to have this wonderful TH-cam family behind me, and I really hope that sharing my story will help others. Sending you a big hug and the very best wishes xx🤗🥰 ~ Mandy
Thank you so much for your beautiful message. I really appreciate your kindness, and would like to thank you for taking the time to write xx🤗❤️ ~ Mandy
Hi Mandy Words cannot express how deeply sorry I am to hear about your diagnosis. I can't even imagine what you must be feeling right now, but please know that you're not alone in this fight. I have no doubt that you will face this challenge with the same courage and grace that you bring to everything you do. I know the road ahead may be tough, but I also know you have the strength and determination to overcome this. You are an inspiration to everyone around you, and I will be cheering you on every step of the way. With Love Mohammed
Mohammed, thank you so much for your beautiful message. It actually brought me to tears as I read and re-read it. I will always be so grateful that we have this channel, as TH-cam has brought such wonderful people into our lives. Thank you again. If I ever feel overwhelmed, I will remember your kind words 🙏 🤗
I want to share my experiences with you in this series of videos, as I know exactly how devastated I felt when I first received the news:

The most important thing to remember is that no matter how frightening it is to first find out, this is not a death sentence, and there are so many things we can do to help heal these amazing bodies of ours!
Please share any suggestions, recommendations, and your own experiences, as I am sure we are all completely committed to living a long and healthy life.
Sending you all the very best wishes 🤗😁

You're an inspiration Mandy. Keep being awesome x
I suggest u convert to Islam and cure yourself by Quran and believe me that Allah will stand by you just believe in him and in his unity without sons or dughters or any partners.

Reading this shocked us and we are praying for your health and recovery. God bless you

Good Luck Mandy on your wellness journey. My husband has been having treatment for CLL just coming to the end of 6 year trial. We followed your Portugal journey and traveled all round last year with your recommendation and tips. Planning to return in the Spring. You will soon be back travelling again x

Hi Mandy …you always lead with joy, kindness and compassion! The universe will pay you back in kind. You’re so awesome! Sending you love and light! Jill
Thank you so much for these lovely words, Jill. I hope the universe is listening to you 😁❤️
Although we’ve never met, I’ve followed you for a long time and think of you and Lee as friends.
20 years later you are still here --- which food inflame the body ?
@keepcreationprocess Red meat and processed meats, including bacon, hot dogs, lunch meats and cured meats
Refined grains, including white bread, white rice, pasta and breakfast cereals
Snack foods, including chips, cookies, crackers and pastries
Sodas and other sweetened drinks
Fried foods
What these foods all have in common is that they contain added sugars, saturated fats and/or trans fats. With the exception of red meat, these are also all considered processed foods.
Also exercise and positive mind.
@@otaviovieira1041 what about beer and red wine and oatmeal?
@keepcreationprocess oatmeal, garlic, ginger, brazil nuts, açaí, walnut , lime/lemon, blueberries among others are excellent. Alcohol, depending on the quantity, is also good, high doses may damage the liver( fatty liver, cirrhosis, and cancer)
Hi Mandy, i will be praying for you. Hope you go past this hurdle 🙏
Thank you so much! It is wonderful to know people are praying for me ❤🙏
Hi Mandy
I want to say something.
BIG BIG HUGS for you and your family Mandy. 🤗🫂

Thank you so much, Alice. I appreciate your kind words 🙏 🤗
Thank you so much 🙏🤗 I have screenshot the quote as I think it is beautiful, and so heartwarming. I appreciate your kind words xx❤️

My prayers and best wishes with you Mandy ❤
Thank you. I appreciate your kind words and support 🙏❤🥰
Sending you love and positive thoughts from Washington State 💗
Thank you so much for your kindness xx🙏❤️
Love you Mandy. ❤ Your courage and determination will win this fight. Stay strong.
Thank you, Carolina. You always write such wonderful comments 🙏🤗 I really appreciate your support ❤️
She sounded like such a wonderfully strong person, and I will take so much inspiration from her ❤
I feel truly blessed with all of the beautiful comments I have received on the videos in my Journey to Wellness series, and I hope you know just how much it means to me that you're out there cheering me on.
Wowzers - that was an alarmingly long wait beween the scan and the email coming.
Hello Imo. Yes, it was almost 6 weeks, which is why I was so impressed with the efficiency and speed of the results in Sri Lanka. I only had to wait 9 days to get all of the results, which I'm guessing might have taken a little longer elsewhere.
I wish you all the ⭐️positive⭐️ energy and support you need to recover. All the best from my heart for you💕
Thank you so much. That's so very kind of you. We really appreciate it. ❤️
I'm a well survivor and so are you! 🙏 I found it early, had treatment, look after myself and now travel even. more!!
That's absolutely brilliant to hear, and you are such an inspiration! Thank you so much for sharing your story ❤️🤗🙏 ~ Mandy

I (Mandy) want to share my experience of this very different journey, in the hope that it will help others on the same path.

Blessings.

Stay strong & Wishing you a speedy recovery Mandy.

Wishing you both an amazing time on your travels in 2024 🤗🥰
My dearest Mandy and Lee-
I love you both even more than before and we have something in common.
Love and hugs to you both.

Maurice, the biggest hug goes from me to you, and the biggest apology as well, as I don't know how your incredibly moving comment slipped under the radar! ❤ David and Elisa
Sending lots of healing thoughts your way and all the very best of luck for your journey to wellness.xx
Thank you so much, Katrina. That means so much to me 🤗🥰
Sending hugs and healing wishes to you Mandy.
Beijinhos desde Portugal 🤗
I hope you get well soon
Thank you for your kind words xx🤗🙏😍
Bless you, keep smiling that lovely smile and stay positive. It's half of the battle xx
Thank you so much, Nigel. I completely agree, smiling and embracing positive thoughts are a huge boost to our immune systems 🤗😁
Hope everything goes well/is going well for you Mandy. You're both in my thoughts and prayers. Best wishes from Ireland.

Hi Mandy
Words cannot express how deeply sorry I am to hear about your diagnosis.
With Love
Mohammed
