Saying “I love you” I think has a lot to do with our cultural upbringing and environment. I agree with y’all, because I grew up in an environment where “I love you” was rarely said or even expressed by hugs, so when I became an adult it was hard for me to. My sisters and I knew how much our parents loved us because of how hard they worked. Honestly though, love needs to be verbally and physically expressed. This didn’t hit me until we lost our dad very fast. Now I say I love you and give hugs (pre-COVID-19) to my friends and family every opportunity I get. Thanks for sharing your stories. I hope your listener followers grow, so we can get more wonderful content!💕

Ny brother passed away last year and when Ashley was talking about how much her brother loved her, it just brought back memories of my brother. I never noticed how much he loved me until I reflected on our relationship in his final days. Don't take your siblings for granted man. 💚💚

I'm about to move for college and I can't bear the thought of leaving my younger sister because we did everything together especially since my brother left for college 3 years ago. She is my favorite person and I love her so much. I would do anything for her.

i was the only daughter in my family and my brother and i are never close but i really do care about him because he's growing up and i took care of my father when he's sick and i love both of my family members so much and i hope he knows. grandpa in heaven i love you and miss you. kanya my sister, i love you, i'm sorry for not being your best half sister but i found a new sister who cares about me and loves me.
I had a really crappy childhood (not because of my siblings because truly without them & my responsibility as the eldest to protect them, I would've left this world a long time ago) but even as a child I never really told them I loved them because my protecting them was my love for them so I didn't see a need to tell them + our turbulent upbringing made it so we didn't really have time for it. But now that we're all adults & my younger sister has a baby & some variables from our childhood are finally out of our lives I basically tell them I love you all the time. They hate it when I get mushy but now it's like a waste not to tell them, even when we fight, I always try to make amends immediately & hug them & tell them I love them. Idk if I went about it in reverse but it's already v hard to be openly honest in a Latin family/household but pain & time have made realize that theres no reason for me not to say it. Theres nothing to be afraid of, theres no walls that need to be put up, & in the world we live in right now where we dont know what will happen to us next, there is no time to waste. I've already heard the worst of the worst from them but we dont have such complicated feelings anymore. So I say 'I love you' & they say it back & that's all there is to it now. They don't gotta say it all the time, but I always will because I do.
I’ve always been a fan of pH-1’s music but watching and listening to him on the podcast really made me get to know Harry more and I love his personality
