Ow I didn't use Eyeshadow pallete for this look!
For eyeshadow I use velvet lipstick.
For face I only use creme blush from vice cosmetics in perf. Nude
For highlight I use Colourette Shimmertint in Yellow Diamond

I actually use ViceCosmetics Velvet Lipstick in Koya but for Maybelline Cushion I think it's close to Lips on Pulse or Mauve Couture 😍

Ahm just apply the right amount, its already matte po😍❤️ velvety matte❤️ it has a shine because I put too much and build up the layer maybe because of its formula but def it is Matte ❤️
