I love the color-coded style of this Whirlpool! Too bad about your agitator issues, but I'm sure it will still wash better than whatever you had previously. My Whirlpool is also in color-coded style, and I love how easy it is to set the controls and get good results with the laundry. Cool machine!
Yeah, I like the color scheme aswell, I gave up on the agitator dogs for now, despite that, I've washed full loads and comforters and there is still rollover.
The problem is that the bolt holding the agitator was so rusty that it stripped when I tried to remove it, so as of now, I cannot get the agitator off.

Just get some new dogs for that agitator and it’ll work like a charm. Easy quick and cheap fix!

It has since been fixed.
Unscrew the left hinge of the door and press the hinge on the bottom
@vincenguyen1 I bypassed the switch differently when I took the cabinet off, also the switch is on the right for this unit.
