Hi! I dont know if youll ever see this but i used to absoulutely LOVE watching your videos growing up! I still remember when the channel was called "The mommy and gracie show" and i loved yalls monster high doll videos! Its actually what inspired me to be a doll collector and i just wish you the best and i thank you just for being a major part in my childhood and being such a good influence on me. :))
From what I've heard the color change works at it's absolute best when you like physically take them outside into the sun, any barrier or indirect light won't do it. Also it's supposed to be pretty fast
I am a lolita, I love that you actually know how to represent us and even though a full coordinate takes work, looking in the mirror is worth it. There are some great channels here that do good content on lolita.
I think your light is not uv. I’d suggest getting a uv lamp. Xcanidensis did it with the dj girl with her snakes lamp and it worked really well and was pretty cool. Malissa just shows us how it will actually be like and that these girls are not just gonna change without intentionally doing so and gives realistic expectations. 😊
It is based from ultra violet light. Your light is great and safe for long use, but uv light that makes the color change is something specific for outside. So i wanna guess your window is also filtering sime uv rays. So the pigment won't show as dramatic unless it is outdoors. In theory; Because the color change wears out quickly, and kids shouldn't have uv lights as a play thing. So they probably expect kids to play outside with them where the color change feature works
Hi mommy! I miss you a lot.‘I don’t collect dolls anymore. I more collect build a bear, jellycats and squish! But I wanted to pop in and say that I love you and would love to talk to you sometime! I just had my second daughter, Willow Skye on December 29th at 11:43pm 🌼 my first daughter Hazel Snow turned 2 in October!
When I saw Sunrise, I also really loved her because of her retro mod aesthetic but the color combinations are just really ugly to me unfortunately :/ As for Switches, she’s super cute but I’m not feelin the white in her hair. Imagine if it was a baby pink omg. But aside from all of that negativity, I always enjoy your videos and thank you!
There have been a couple of other comments to this effect: I don't think the dolls got enough UV light from your sources. If I recall correctly, the SAD light is designed to produce light in the blue spectrum, but not UV light. Window glass also blocks some UV light. The most dramatic effect would be taking the dolls directly outside. I like them better in their base colour anyway. I have Bubblegum DJ on order and am trying to restrain myself from the other lovelies.
i think the environment wasn’t helpful at all, the lamp you used doesn’t produce enough uv light for them to change instantly, and you mentioned that you filmed this video during winter time, a time where UV rays are not strong enough and a window also reflects some of them, I live in a country located in the equator where the uv index is 11 at peak sun hours, so whenever a ray of sunshine hits these dolls they change immediately into a really bright color, so it solely depends on how much radiation hits them.
I love Switches. Out of this series she is my favorite💚💚💚💚
I love Switches ❤ 😍 💖 ❣ 💕 💘 ❤ 😍 💖
I like Switches, but if I get her, I won’t be doing the color change. I think she’s adorable just the way she is 💗
I agree with you. It's a gimmick.
I think Sunrise is my fav. We only have Stellar Gurl so far 🦄🦄🦄
Thanks for the doll review! I was not sure about switches but now that I see her, I think I'm gonna get her.
Woah Sunrise's shoes had a dramatic change in sunlight!

LOVE your hair.
I remember watching you when I was younger omg😭
Switches is so cute and that skirt moment took her to a whole new level! I also told myself I'm not gonna buy more OMGs but what if my birthday?

I think they are so pretty❤. Not so sure about the sunlight though.
Hi my world, when are you going to continue showing the Disney princesses from mattel?
Thanks for showing me your window.
I love your videos. I was wondering will you ever do a top 10 favorite OMG doll of all time video?
I bet they would work great in sunny Florida where I live.
gurl, u look sm like Twiggy🥺
These are super cute! I do worry about sunlight exposure since it's usually not good for dolls over longer periods of time

Hi. I enjoyed the video. Take them outside for maximum change.
You have to actually take them outside, no windows, or use a real blacklight. It's pretty dramatic in direct sun.
Golden heart had the heart bun like lizzie hearts from ever after high

Yay omg ❤️❤️❤️

I just received Golden Heart today. Amazon yall!
It’s hard to get the socks off because they have rubber legs
Sunlight is NEVER good, over time, for dolls and the materials with which they are constructed. I worry about what happens after lots of UV exposure.
All about meep does not wear Lolita fashion, please be careful when you talk about jfashion/kawaii fashion.
