Hi everybody,
Eyebrows are the only line on the face that give you expression! They make a HUGE difference for your overall look. When you’re trying to contour them with makeup, you might change the shape in something you think you would look good with, but at the end that might not be the shape of the eyebrow that actually suits you.
This tutorial is about how to find the right shape of your eyebrows, how to fill them in so that they look like you were born with it !
The color you chose is also very important. If you wanna buy an eyebrow pencil, or any product, and you try it and you can see orange in your eyebrows, or red, or yellow, do not buy that product! That is not the right color, unless your natural eyebrows are that exact color.
I choose to use Anastasia products because I believe that in terms of eyebrow products, Anastasia is the best brand and they have the most variety.
💄If your eyebrows tend to fade during the day here are some of the reasons why:
- you touch your forehead, or your face a lot
- you have bangs
- you have oily skin
- you didn’t apply enough product
- you didn’t set them with a gel
💄 Here’s how you can prevent your product from fading:
- use a waterproof product
- apply product, brush the eyebrows, repeat. Using thin layers is the key to create any makeup that will be long lasting
- seal your eyebrows with a brow gel of your preference
- if your skin is very oily, start with eyebrows first, then apply your foundation, etc
- mix products like brow powder + brow pencil + gel or brow pomade + gel or pencil + gel
💄 Do you have very thin, blonde eyebrows and you'd like to make them look fuller? A really good tip for you would be to use a tinted brow gel. That product actually thickens your eyebrows and it will color the tiny blonde hairs, it will give you a VERY realistic eyebrow.
There are a lot of brands that do these products: Anastasia Tinted Brow Gel, Benefit Gimme Brow, Tom Ford has it, Bobbi Brown etc.

Omg... I was sooo doing it the wrong way!!! And I couldn't figure out what to do differently to make them look more natural.... My hairs are a lot more sparse than yours... So, I'd probably use a pencil rather than powder, but the technique is on point!!! Beautiful❤❤
I somehow do the line thing and maybe other mistakes too but, at least in my opinion, it kinda works with my face but Imma try to tone it down a little and try these tips on me in case I'm wrong and I get carried away and turns out looking awful without me realising it! What would you recommend for black brows? I want to make them a little bit more defined and slightly fuller, but i don't want them to look super drastic on my light skin. I'm currently using only a brow gel with fibres, but it has almost no visible results. Thanks!

Andrea I love your channel and your attitude towards makeup application! Question regarding this eyebrow tutorial: when I use the powder and brush through it, the powder seems to either brush away or blend to where it does not look like strokes. My brows are very irregular and thinning ...not to mention the grey hairs now coming in 😜
Love it, but I think the right brow is only achieved if you have actual hair and they are just sparse. If you don’t, like me, you just end up with the left brow. I mean it is easier to achieve a more natural brow if you already have a decent amount of brow hair to work with.

I find grooming my eyebrows most challenging.I always used to start from the inner corner,and always with the same color:) I came across your videos by chance.I usually have no time for such topics,but your tutorials are so intelligently done,that I couldn’t stop watching them! I use a Lancôme pencil and a Benefit gel product like mascara (Gimme brow)lately.I came across the Benefit brand in Dubai.What do you think of this Brand?

Hi Ali. This video was very helpful to me. I have very course, wired eyebrows with white hairs that stick out straight. I have to cut them because nothing will make them lay down :(. I dye them with Just for Men. However, the dye takes so long to work that they come out to dark. Could you recommend a dye in blonde/light brown I could buy? I appreciate your opinion. xoxo. Cindi
Cindi Barber Hi Cindy I may not experience all of your challenges,my eyebrows have become very sparse, but I also have significant amounts of grey in my right brow. Not the left. 🤨 so to even things out I use a Nyx tinted brow gel. For me it works wonders. I also use a spoolie to comb out any excess product . Hope this helps.
Cindi, I use Godefroy Eyebrow Tint Kit in light brown and it works great and lasts for several weeks.
