Room 50 -This is where Figure is first seen. It is a library consisting of 8 collectable books, to finish this level, you must collect a piece of paper on the left side of the library, after collecting the piece of paper, there will be 5 shapes, each book will have a shape and a number in it, the shape in the piece of paper and the book will be in the code, example, if the first digit is a triangle in the piece of paper, and there is a book saying Triangle - 7, then the first digit will be 7. After collecting all the books you need, go upstairs and enter the code in the big lock on the door.
when it was my first time playing this, i was scared in room 50 because idk how the monster works, when he’s near i always run. but soon i found out he was blind. so i had to “crouch-walk” or whatever you call it
Figure - This monster is also one of the monsters that can will always spawn twice, it being door 50 and 100. This monster has a special room (It being room 50 and 100) This monster is blind but has a higher sense of hearing, it can only hear you when you're walking, but also when you're close to it because of your heartbeat. The best strategy to avoid this monster is to always crouch and go around the level to collect books. When you're cornered by the Figure, you can go into a closet and this heartbeat minigame will start, if you fail the minigame you will get pushed out of the closet and get killed by the Figure.
a few not added details in here: even if your not walking, he can still hear you, even if hes facing almost 180 degrees away from you, it is also dangerous opening and closing cabinets ~75 studs from him, he will be walking to where you opened the cabinet, also beware of the desk, he can walk over there much more than you think, also you dont get pushed out, it hears you so it opens the closet, (in a more detailed manner)
My tip for who just beginner You can also hide on chairs cuz figure cant reach them theres alot of chairs every sides and also at stairs i hope it helps!
Figure cant see but he can hear so use crouch walk he can’t hear you and drawers attracts him and when in closets if he comes up to you there’s a puzzle and collecting books gets the key code to leave to door 51
here is a hint how to get the code in door 50 so first you crouch then wait for the figure or demogorgan to go upstairs and go to that desk thing in the middle left once you are there grab a piece of paper and get every single book when the figure is downstairs go to the right cause sometimes he is at the left side but sometimes he is a sneaky boy and goes through the back of the right once he is at the left side you are gonna see that he goes to the desk then you go upstairs and get the paper there is an order 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 you input the numbers in the lock and press that green thing after that uncrouch and go to the next room if he is upstairs i reccomend you go in the left corner in the middle room thing where there is the door to escape he comes in door 100 too but instead of getting books you need to make an elevator work the first thing you do hide in a closet or a bed the figure will check every single hiding spot if you are lucky enough the demogorgan can get stuck in a room where he is bashing his arm leg or head on the door to open it then when you find a key you need to insert it in a door next to the upstair thing then you have to do a minigame of putting switching numbers the numbers with a filled square means you gotta switch it if they arent filled like a box or something then you dont switch it
You have definetly skill issue if you cant even Crouch, You can run away from it, but is faster than you so yeah, Running is not the best option also, You could hide at least? The Minigame is not hard but you definetly want to hide when is reaching to you
