Trait:
Can only attack while holding a boomerang projectile (projectile takes time to return)
1st Talent (Elite 2 Potent 5):
While deployed, each attack Steals 27 Attack (caps at 270) and 21 Defense (caps at 210) from the target
2nd Talent (Elite 2 Potent 3):
Obtains 38% Physical and Arts Dodge, and reduces the Physical and Arts accuracy of enemies within 8 tiles by 20%
1st Skill (M3):
Can switch between the default stance and the following stance:
Attack Range -1, boomerang projectiles deal 190% Attack as Physical damage and can repeatedly jump between enemies (up to 3 times)
2nd Skill (M3):
Attacks deal 250% Attack as Physical damage and Slows the target for 1s. After hitting the target, the projectile briefly flies ahead and then returns, dealing 200% Attack as Physical damage to all enemies it passes through
3rd Skill (M3):
Each attack fires 3 boomerang projectiles (each dealing 175% Attack as Physical damage). When all projectiles return, deals 160% Attack as Physical damage to up to 3 enemies in the 8 surrounding tiles to Narantuya and Slows them for 1s

Loopshooter is good ngl been using Caper on IS a lot but been struggling alot since she not targeting drones most of the time and she the only sniper I had on the run

@Nazuiko Archetto and Chen has 30 SP while Narantuya has half of that (15). Loopshooter also has faster ASPD than marksmen when the enemy is close enough too.
