The reason that there are two different skulls on Rebellion is because one side is a demon skull and the other side is a human skull which represents the two sides of Dante since he is half human and half demon. The part you were thinking about with Rebellion awakening was after Dante was impaled by Rebellion and gained the ability to transform into his Devil Trigger, both of the skull's mouths opened and the crossguard bones went from being parallel with the sword to being angled off as an actual crossguard.
+Shadow Wolf This is the reason why there's always a problem with reboots/remakes. People who are introduced to the series through said reboot/remake only ever assume that that's the original! Never do any research. Dante is half demon, half human in the original. Do some research next time!
My husband introduced me to your channel and I wait every month for a new video. So far I haven't had a clue as to the games where the weapons come from as I'm not a gamer but this video I had heard of the game and watched my hubby play it, that made for a greater understanding of the scale and weight. Mike's videos are the only ones I sit there and bite my nails to the bone waiting for the upload every month, there is something cathartic about watching this man work. I can't explain the feeling I get watching him take some metal and turn it into otherworldly works of art. Thank you Irish Mike you help me through more than you will ever know.
Damn straight, I love how detailed he gets and really shows his work. Much preferred over Man-At-Arms editing style where you can watch dozens of videos and still learn very little about metal work. Though when it was just the one older fellow running Man-At-Arms it was a lot more focused on education and it was fun hearing his stories of jobs he did for the movie industry.
What these videos boil down to: *explaining a lot of design stuff I don't understand, "bloop", whole lotta metalworking sorcery, "ouch it's too hot to touch"...AWESOME SWORD*...I love this channel ^-^

That snake was a checked garter snake, don't have to worry about him. Slightly venomous but almost harmless to humans, and only poisonous if he ate a newt frog recently.
It's definitely a garter snake but not a checkered one - their range is southwest US and mexico. (We have 'em here in AZ, cute little buggers.) I'm guessing he has a common garter in the video, they live on that side of the country.
This is factually correct af. and even if a garter snake did bite you and you let it chew on you enough to envenomate (they are rear fanged) the venom is so mild its like a wasp sting.

Awesome build, you've totally done it justice. I always thought Rebellion would be impossible to swing with cutting yourself up fiercely, but this one looks like you would only need to wear one pair of welding gloves to use it. The lonely hearts ad at the end made me chuckle.
20 minutes went by and I was realizing it's going to end maybe he would fast forward to the end and then I peek damn it's an hour long a normal man who happens to be an engineer or a guy works for a workshop wielding or then I went ancient so I would say crafting a sword under their nose without letting them know !

Not sure why but seeing Mike wash all that scale off the hardox to reveal a clean surface of metal is oddly satisfying to watch :)

Awesome build, you've totally done it justice. I always thought Rebellion would be impossible to swing with cutting yourself up fiercely, but this one looks like you would only need to wear one pair of welding gloves to use it. The lonely hearts ad at the end made me chuckle.
