A couple of years ago I was just peacefully studying in Barrie were there was a random waterspout tornado on a small lake just outside the window 100m away.
I live in Shrewsbury, England, the river Severn literally loops around the town. I may live on the outskirts, but it’s really interesting to see how it formed
The river I live next to on my boat in the UK is tidal and we have a lock from the canal to the river, at the other end of this canal is another river and a lock, I love living on the water, even if much smaller than those in this video
Were just near at a river 120m away, and it was in a low height level. It has some tributary rivers that mixes on that river, it has also different sizes too, like a tight shallow waters, and wide deep waters, it was also straight ahead on the Pacific. Has also different colors If you want more info, try searching "Balincaguing River, Agno Philippines" in Google Maps or Google Earth, and try to follow the river where it came from. (Reply this comment what do you think on that river)
In Hannoversch Münden (often abbreviated to "Hann. Münden") in Germany has the confluence of Fulda and Werra which together form the Weser which for a good stretch also is clearly divided into the two original rivers, one being brown and the other darker.
I grew up in a small village in the nth west of england and we had the converging of the Brunlea and the Calder rivers, one was orange and one was clear. Where they met was shallow but awesome to watch as a kid.
Could you do a video on Bore Tides? I've been to Hope Inlet in Alaska, where there is a good one. Amazing to watch how the incoming and outgoing tides meet and form a huge wave. I am also curious if anyone surfs them.
Exactly 2 weeks ago I went to Turkey and went on a boat trip. We were on the greenish river called the Manavgat river that was fresh water and when it met the clear and blue ocean you could really see the color difference and it was really beautiful
@24:30 its been named the eminem of tsunamis because it didnt care who was there it lifted the boat 10 feet even tho the boat captain called it an asshol it was glad
Here's something you might not know. The entire Baltic sea, the sea Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and small parts of Russia shares, is made out of brackish water. Yes, there is an entire sea with brackish water. I know, because i live in Sweden, and the Baltic sea is the only sea Sweden has

I live next to the New River in Virginia. Its so old it predates the Appalachian mountains which is one of the oldest mountain chains on Earth. It flows South to North which is also strange.
@6:18 If only kellogs and some cow farmers got together the cow farmers dumping all its milk in one river upstream and the kellogs dumping coco pops into the other.. then at the confluence point, the two rivers would combine and form a thick breakfast mix, just like a chocolate milkshake, only crunchy
A few years ago, my home town suffered an insane hail storm that killed zoo animals, broke the glass in the tiger exhibit, and totaled cars in the parking lot
I can't speak for every river but I live where the Housatonic River meets Long Island Sound, an entrance to the Atlantic Ocean. I can promise that you will never be able to tell where your boat moved from LIS to the Housatonic. Nor would you notice a water color change from the Connecticut River to LIS, and that's even considering the ocean is salt water and the rivers are fresh. Even where these two bodies of water mix, there's no change.
!!!!!! 🤣 LMFAO 🤣😆🤣😆!!!!...... "..... Before it was a yeeted back into the water..." 😆🤣😆🤣😆.... He said yeeted 😅😂😅😅😂😅😂😅😂 I F*ING love Be Amazed!!! and I hate that word but this is the 1 time it was 😎 col😎... ✌️✌️✌️
2:16 hold up. 1.1 million square kilometres u said. That means multiplied by 5 it would be 5.5 M sq. Km. Actually a little more becuz u said a little more than 1.1 M Km sq. That would be 5.6 Km sq. But china is 9.6 Km sq. ur calculation is wrong. Again !
Anybody comes to read comments anymore. Check out colliding rivers in Douglas County Oregon. Outstanding confluence. Somehow seemingly particular fish congregate 🤨🇺🇲💯🍀
A water spout STARTS OVER WATER - NOT LAND. A tornado that starts on land WILL LIFT AND GO OVER A BODY OF WATER COMING DOWN BACK ON LAND ON THE OTHER SIDE. I've witnessed that myself more than once. Trust me on this; I'm 57 years old and have lived in Tornado Alley, aka Kansas, for almost 50 years. ~ APRIL LIPKE
I lived in Fairbanks, AK for a bit. The Chena and Tanana Rivers have a confluence. It's even marked as such (Confluence of Chena and Tanana Rivers) on Google maps. IIRC, it was the first time I'd ever seen that and maybe even the first time I'd heard about the phenomena. In that case it's the smaller Chena River that's got less sediment and the larger Tanana has more sediment.
Yeah this will not stand for long one sea somewhere was used over 70% for clothes and other things and later that will happen with the others so we have enjoy the time we have with that . Also love your content with great things and information.❤️💟 1️⃣. 1️⃣ 🔳. 🔲 ⬜⬛🔳🔲

me and my family recently moved, and we have giant river right behind our house! It's a beautiful sight :)
Imagine a fog tsunami concealing a regular tsunami.
When the rivers met, it will be weird because the other river has huge salt and another didn't have a huge salt.
I grew up in a small village in the nth west of england and we had the converging of the Brunlea and the Calder rivers, one was orange and one was clear. Where they met was shallow but awesome to watch as a kid.

You can see this stark delineation of colour where the Fraser River and Thompson River meet in British Columbia. It's pretty cool, too.
